As someone who owns a similar business, I tend to be very picky, but the vibe here is truly exceptional. My favorite bartender in the city, Tati, provides outstanding service. She consistently exceeds all expectations. The food and music are fantastic as well. Overall, everything deserves a solid 10!
Food was very good and staff was mostly nice. We were a bit disappointed that the wait staff do not inform you that they add 18% gratuity to the bill. She checked us out on the hand held credt card machine which did not show the tip, nor were we given a receipt. When all was said and done she was tipped 38%. Also, it is dark in areas of the lounge so when others asked for a paper copy of their bill, it is difficult to see the bill.
Great Vibe. Staff is very welcoming and food is delicious. Great for groups and a nice chill atmosphere. DJ plays all the up to date music as well as some classics. Will recommend it to everyone to come an see for themselves, they'll definitely be returning for fun.?
