Buenavista Restaurant

So over the weekend we decided to give it another chance to eat here. Bethzy the waitress with black hair for the second time horrible customer service. I get that she is young but come on now. This is a job meaning off the phone. we were the only one's in the restaurant after a customer had left. she gave us the table they sat in. Didn't bother to clean it. I had to use a napkin to wipe down. No greet barely could speak. Constantly on the phone. I came here before with her. Gave her the benefit of doubt as a teen. So decided to give it a shot again. Horrible experience she left without letting us know about her shift change. Other waitress was polite ,smile came over introduce herself. I did ask that they need to properly train her. She apologized for her behavior asked if we needed anything at all. I did mention this was our second time both times we had the same waitress with the same issues. Woman was alittle bit older apologized for her staff promise that she would take good care of us next time. Also mention the food wasn't good extremely cold by then we just wanted to leave. Not her to blame as she covered for the first waitress. I don't recommend if so go in the evening.

Food was not good. The bill included a way to generous tip.

The lady Karina, who served us, made us feel rushed. She didn't give us a chance to open our menus before asking us if we were ready to order. We were the only ones on the restaurant side, and it took a while for our food to come. When it finally arrived, it barely had meat and toppings on it. I was annoyed and didn't want to wait again for them to be fixed. We will not be returning.

First off, I got 2 chicken taco dinners for $30 ($15 per meal). They deserve a 0 star review. Every portion of the meal was very small. Maybe a half a spoonful of chicken was on our tacos. The side portions in the to go box were filled less than half way with unflavored watered down beans and the rice was very bad as well. The chicken tacos were poorly portioned. I called to speak to the manager and the lady at the front who takes payment for the to go orders acted to be the manager, and after repeating that I wanted to speak to the manager, she put me on hold and then answered as though she was the manager and I could tell she was the same person I just spoke with. She then went to ask the cook how he made the meals and she said the cook told her that the meals were portioned how they always have made them and then proceeded to hang up on me. I have been coming to this establishment for over a decade and always have loved the tacos and service. This time the service was extremely bad. I will never come to this location again and I would highly advise to go elsewhere. El Toro on 84th and Lincoln and Al Pastor on 66th and Mitchell will now be my go to location and TB has now permanently lost 2 customers.

The whole restaurant staff needs huge improvement on custumer service skills.specially people working up-front

Nearby taco trucks were all closed so I tried this place. Steak tacos were dry and not pleasant at all. They do charge extra for credit/debit and to-go orders.

Excellent place for a family reunion

Good simple meals for the price, great hot sauce, great homemade salsa. Kids said it was fancy.

Nobody here but still a very long wait. No liquor available. When the food finally came two of us got the wrong food and one had his food made incorrectly. No TV or music on. This was my first and last time coming here.
