What happened with this location? Used to always be packed. But now you have to roll the dice to see if they’re open. Not to mention they get your order wrong a lot and then blame you for getting the order wrong. Huh???. Wouldn’t be surprised if they location officially closes up by the new year.

Came in for dinner, bathrooms were clean. Waited about 5 minutes at the counter to place my order and no one even acknowledged me. There was 1 person in line before me and 1 car at the drive thru. Poorest customer service I've ever seen at a BK.

We went in today and a guy named Brandon behind the counter had great customer service. He went above and beyond since we walked in, he greeted us and got our order, the food was good and fast. As we were leaving he gave our little girls crowns and was very nice to them. He was working all over the place making sure everything was good and that’s unsual for fast food service!
