Trey & Christina were awesome, efficient, nice, polite and neat in appearance. Trey was doing double duty, drive thru and front, yet I heard him greet and thank each customer. Christina was very neat and wore gloves while preparing my food. I noticed the kitchen area was extremely clean and organized. Trey at one point was helping Christina and he put on gloves, when he was done, he took them off and washed his hands. I could see all this because I was standing at the counter and I could see all the way to the back of the kitchen. I was very impressed with both of them, the world needs more young adults like Trey and Christina.!

This was very unpleasant service the two young men were high on substance they were laughing and goofing around, when we were very unpleased with the order we purchased. the burger was incorrect with onions which the person who’s order it was are allergic to onions, the fries were old and cold. we were fresh off the road we don’t live here in Milwaukee and we were very hungry thinking because we’re close to the airport service would be exceptional but it was not I will be contacting corporate because it’s obvious something needs to be done about this location it’s rating are 2.5 as I just notice before making this review and crazy part we were the only ones in drive thru it should of been no hard work to make things fresh and correct! I would have hate to be secret shopper or health department! Pleases do better!

Employees did not care, talking smack to each other. Combined IQ must have been 29 among all of them - sad because I love BK and this one is closest. Please offer better wages and get better employees I don’t care if I pay more ??
Young lady refused to give me my food at the window unless I pulled up when no one was behind me. Kept yelling at me "the timer". I told her I did not care about the timer and that I would wait at the window. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. She had someone take my food to the spot she wanted me to pull up to. I waited at the window for over 10 minutes before she finally gave me my food. She then told me to "get the &@#! out of my line." That is the last time I will visit this BK.

I stopped in while out of town from Minnesota and these guys working were great. Fast and fresh food and they had jokes too lol. Better than burger king back home hands

It is hard to tell this business is even open. The lights are always off on the sign and I've gone there three times and nobody even responds at the drive-thru. When I did actually get a human at the window or drive through they would get the order wrong and the food just didn't taste right so my family and I will not be returning to this location they really need to up the ante on managers there and employees. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves.

It's okay. Sometimes. Other times, it's really not a very good run business. The building is old and looks straight out of 2003. Service is very disappointing and odds are your order will be incorrect. If you can check your order, I highly recommend you do.Food quality varies. I've had horrible Whoppers from here. Almost inedible. At other times they can deliver a good product.Management of this branch must get it under control. But they won't, because Restaurant Brands International is apparently incapable of caring about quality.

This heavy set white guy in the drive thru did not answer to take an order so I drove around. When I did, there was a car there. He told me he could not take any orders at the window because there were two more cars. He lied. There were not two cars. He just did not want to work. I went back around, he did not answer again. Then, proceeded to ignore me when I went to the window. So the guy who is working your drive through is literally ignoring customers as of 1015pm. Hope that works for u. Don't stop here if ur hungry!
