I always complain about the customer service at this burger king but today was the best experience I've had in a long time at Burger King. And thank you Landon for your kind service and hot food. I appreciate that.
This location sets the standard for all others. Every time I've been here the staff is friendly, efficient, and the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. I've even had delivery from here and it was just as good!
When I ordered food, it was through Door Dash, so I don't know where communications broke down between the dasher and the BK employees. When my order came, every sandwich that I ordered was incorrectly prepared. When I called, they said it was the dasher's fault, and when we called the dasher, they said it was BK's fault. Since we ordered the food on the Door Dash app, I figured the dasher entered the order to BK. Altogether, it was a bad transaction.
