I placed a mobile order and there wasn’t much activity in the drive thru and in the lobby I pull up to the window and was told it would it would be a 10 minute wait and that they would bring it out to me I seen people go in the lobby and drive thru get their food and after 25 mins I go inside only to find out the food been sitting there and they felt bad and wanted to make a fresh burger .. during my waiting at the drive thru I seen employees smoking a cig and talking on the...

Customer service was prompt, fast service, only wish I could have gotten my food cooked when I ordered it, they gave me what was under the heat lamp and it didn't taste as good.
