Husband and I went here after enjoying the museum—we ordered an iced coffee, matcha and croissant. After 25+ min we received neither—my husband asked the young gentleman behind the counter about it, after sitting and waiting another 20+ min we watched barista make 3 other people their orders, and make conversation with others in the dining room. We could not get a refund, to “make-up” for what he did not do, the kid gave us a cup of ice with one shot of espresso in it, and AN OLD MATCHA from someone else’s order they didn’t pick up heated up.

Disappointed does not cover how we feel.

The sandwiches are gross. They are pre-made with soggy bread.
The pictures/menu on social media are not sold here.

Beautiful cafe with pretty views. The staff is lovely. However, the coffee and food are mid to poor.

Beautiful location but they have now devolved into a grab and go establishment, with the exception of barista made drinks. All the food is pre-made and served in single use plastic containers and utensils. So disappointing. So wasteful. Do better MAM!

I thought the price of the bratwurst sandwich seemed a little expensive, but it turned out to be one of the best lunches (or meals) I had on my entire vacation. Wow. Wonderful.

The most regretful invest. Chaie latte was not good at all.
Flavored yogurt tasted really bad and few days near to expire.
Ice cream sandwich looked like its been there for years. Not recommending, it’s expensive for the rotten stuff

Always a great space for remote working or meetings and surprisingly amazing lunch menu. Plus the view and it's usually quiet because most people don't even know this is here.

Beautiful surroundings and yummy food. I visited on a Sunday afternoon and had no issues grabbing a table.

Level 5 Fancy Cafe. Their drinks are akin to mixed drinks in complexity and presentation.Service was slow and drinks were nearly room temperature. Fantastic location and experience besides.

My child and I ate/drank here after a seeing the The Posters of Jules Chéret exhibit. We were so impressed with the courtesy of all staff, the quality and care that went into the food and my latte was so delish I had to get a second one.A little context: it was summer on a weekday and we are inside though it was a beautiful day outside. It was busy but not crowded - we waited maybe 3/4 minutes to order. We were having a great day and engrossed in good conversation. That said the quality of product and service complimented our spirits.

? Vegan Friendly? I had a Vegan sandwich which was excellent, the pinot grigio is ok but it's not great wine (10 dollars for a small glass of wine, it's excessive but that's the price in the USA unfortunately we pay for the trip). The children really liked their cheese croque. There was a special meal that day, potato pankakes with Italian cheese which was appreciated. Nice place to settle down. We were there on the Sunday of the flypast. The boy at the checkout was very friendly.

Nice café with good lunch food. When providing a cappuccino though, they need to preheat the mugs so they are not served lukewarm.
