My boyfriend and I came here for his birthday, and it was amazing! It look three weeks of looking for steak restaurant and this place exceeded our expectations! The inside was beautiful and the staff were amazing. We got a New York Strip, and ratatouille it was the best food we have had and can say it was definitely worth every cent! We can’t wait to go back.

If you’re looking for a fine dining steak experience, this unfortunately isn’t it. Our waiter was great but the steaks were very salty. I didn’t have sticker shock at the menu as the prices were what you would expect for a nice steak joint, however the quality just wasn’t there.

I booked this restaurant for my fiancé Birthday for 3/22/24. I felt so stereotyped! It started with the doorman who said we could not come in due to he smelled a stitch of cannabis on my fiancé . The food was not done to my liking as I requested. The waitress was not explaining the menu well; mind you this was a $300.00 meal. We was even offered to eat across the street at Carnivore steak house due to they seen how much of a hard time they was giving us. It was my fiancé birthday we still had dinner. It was my first and last time there. I would not recommend. I gave it a two star instead of one because, they tried to be friendly after we spent our money and was leaving.

My Wife and I went here with another couple. The ambiance was fabulous ,as well as the service and staff. Waiter was extremely helpful with explaining the menu. However the food was horrible ordered a medium well steak it came out like warm lobster tail was warm so was the butter the baked potato was the only thing that came out hot . I really expected more especially since it hasn't been open that long. I have done 5star restaurants across the country and have NEVER experienced anything like this. I could have gotten a better steak for a reasonable price at Texas Roadhouse or Out Back. I have no problem paying top dollar for a fine dining experience. But for me to pay $788.38 and it wasn't even equivalent to OutBack is Ridiculous!!!! The worst part of the whole experience was no one enjoyed this restaurant everyone's food was the same, that was the Only consistency!!

Delicious!! The drink menu, the steak options, the sides...all amazing! Chris was our waiter and was definitely worth more than 20%, very informative and attentive! Andy the manager was very welcoming and made sure everything was perfect to our liking. The atmosphere is by far one of the very best!

The food was impeccable as well as the interior! I couldn't have asked for a better restaurant! I looked for about three weeks to find a great steak house and I can definitely say they exceeded my expectations.

The atmosphere is great. Very elegant. Service from Crystal was great. My meal was perfect. 6 oz filet medium rare. Side of spinach and side of potato slices were absolutely amazing. My partner's steak was very undercooked versus what he requested. While the food was good, I do feel it was overpriced. The mandatory 20% tip at the bar is foolish as the prices of the cocktails are super high and the cocktails are low volume.
Overall it was a great experience. We were 1 of 2 tables in the restaurant, so the room felt empty. Food overall was good, but they were out of few items (10 oz filet, espresso). We enjoyed our server. We are looking forward to returning, hope our next visit the dinning room is full.

I made reservations a week before to celebrate my birthday at Carbon Steak. The U.S President was visiting the city and streets were blocked off as a result on the same night of reservation. Carbon Steak didn't give me a courtesy call about the parking or alternative parking in the area.

We came in a few minutes before opening (not realizing they weren't open yet) and were asked to wait outside in the cold until they opened...just lock the door...or let us wait by the entrance. Then we sat down. After about 10-15 minutes we were asked to move to a high top table because we wanted to order from the happy hour menu...we were the only people in the restaurant so it seemed odd and rude to make us move and be uncomfortable when none of the high tables were full. Then we had to request our waitress to come back to our table so we could order drinks. She was conversating for a long time with the other waiters because no one was in the restaurant and they had nothing to do and it was hard to get her attention. Overall not worth it.
We had an excellent time celebrating our anniversary with Jenia this evening! She was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable on the menu. The drinks and food were delicious and the staff was absolutely fantastic company!
