The restaurant was an absolute gem. Went there to celebrate a birthday and everyone was very attentive. Our waiter Dayton was very helpful with suggestions and very attentive to our needs during our experience. The food was amazing. The steaks were very tender and cooked to perfection the scallops were a great addition as well. The Wagyu carpaccio was absolutely a great start to the meal. We will definitely come back again in the future.
This is literally one of the finest restaurants I've been to in Milwaukee. And to top it off Leslie our server couldn't have been more attentive, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu. Will absolutely return!
This is an awesome new upscale supper club. Tradition meets modern take. The service superb, the option of a personalized menu was an elegant touch for our anniversary. Food outstanding. You won't go wrong trying The Conroy!

Carbon Steak is a classy restaurant with beautiful decor and top-notch service. The Mother's Day brunch was a steal at $35 per person, featuring attentive staff. Guests have enjoyed the Bubbles and Bumps happy hour, where the food and drinks were great and offered excellent value. The steak was noted to be a bit inconsistent, with one guest expressing disappointment over the pasta with a filet steak, comparing it to a salisbury steak. Despite this, the house bread, potatoes, green beans, and ricotta spread have received high praise. The place has a great vibe, and the service is wonderful. The Executive Chef, who used to work at The Capital Grille, creates fantastic dishes that you can't find anywhere else in the city, including the best burger in town. The Marilyn Monroe cocktail is a must-try. Carbon Steak is a great place to visit for the lovely atmosphere and amazing food.
