We visited town for a show and had dinner early at Carnevor.
My bone-in filet with fresh spinach and grilled mushroom was cooked perfectly and flavorful.
My wife had the crab legs which came to the table split for easy eating.
I gave it three stars for ambience because the dining room manager should consider a dress code for diners who wish to be seated at a table. Small and tight t-shirts with sweat pants or gym shorts while wearing flip flops should...

My husband and I went to Carnevor Steakhouse on 11/7/25 for our wedding anniversary and had hands down the best dining experience. The ambiance was incredible and intimate and very relaxing. We had the 45 day aged NY strip, lobster mac and cheese and truffle mash potatoes ( which were the best mash potatoes we have ever had ). Carnevor Steakhouse goes above and beyond to make your celebration extra special ! Highly recommend
