Carson’s Prime Steaks & Famous Barbecue – Milwaukee (Downtown near Fiserv Forum & Baird Center)

We had a group of 8. Nothing but positive comments regarding the experience. Several comments about this being the best meal they have had in a long time. The fillets and ribs were very much the hits of the evening. Outstanding experience for all of us!

The food and service were excellent here. Very clean establishment. Would definitely recommend giving it a try.

The food is outstanding. There were 6 of us that ordered ribs, Mediterranean chicken, pork chop, variety of potatoes. Everyone loved their food. Victor G provided excellent service and was especially helpful. 4 of us who live in Milwaukee had never been there and didn't even know about it, which is surprising to me. It's always great.

Our team went to Carson’s to celebrate our colleagues accomplishments for our annual conference in Milwaukee. Carson’s was an excellent choice for our celebration. They have a small private room that was comfortable and has a big screen TV. Their steaks were delicious and cooked to perfection. Their Cobb salad was an incredible Cobb salad with tons of fixings. Their chicken wings were well seasoned. We had corn bread, shrimp, and other appetizers that went quick. Many at the table had a variety of drinks and enjoyed everything. Their customer service was very attentive and high class. Thank you for an excellent night in helping us have a memorable celebration!

Always a good place to stop in for great service and great tasting food. Service is always excellent, from managers to servers all top notch. Celebrated my son and daughter in law having their first child tonight and the staff made it very special. Thank you

The food was great however there needs to be a dress code. One lady had on booty shorts and her butt cheeks were hanging out. Nobody needs to see that while they are enjoying a nice dinner. There should be a dress code like other higher end restaurants have.

Savanah was the best waitress

This was a first time visit for myself and my husband. We were in town to catch a show at the Marcus Center. Dinner was excellent! I had the Shrimp De Jonghe with Mediterranean Potatoes, and my husband had the BBQ pork chop, with au gratin potatoes. Coleslaw seems to be an automatic side, and it was tasty: not too wet, not too try, and cut very fine. The Shrimp De Jonghe was tasty, and had a crust of garlic breadcrumbs. The shrimp themselves were absent their tails, and that was such a good thing to encounter! I personally hate picking hot shrimp out of a dish to yank that last ‘joint' of shell and the tail fins off, often tearing the tail of the shrimp off at the same time. There were 5 large shrimp, and were well cooked. The Mediterranean potatoes were amazing, and I know I'm missing ingredients besides what I am sure was garlic, and possibly rosemary. Did not do them justice for how tasty they were. The pork chop came with a small carafe of extra BBQ, which Carson's is famous for their BBQ? Or so I've heard? It was chargrilled, and my husband asserts that it was okay, and a little dry. He enjoyed the au gratin potatoes, which were very cheesy (yay). Our drinks were refilled as needed, and the whole service was very good.

The grilled shrimp on top or red and yellow peppers w/ squash or zucchini is superb the grilled chicken slightly charred is delicious. Blacken salmon coleslaw w/tartar sauce on the side knock this meal out the park everything was WONDERFUL!

I've been to Carson's a few times, but yesterday was extra special. It was my daughter's first time & also she graduated from High School. The waitress (Mariah) was very patient & extra attentive. She is absolutely gorgeous might I add. I will be back & I also suggest it for anyone that hasn't been there yet. 10/10

Mariah was our server and was awesome! Had the Mediterranean Encrusted Pork Chop and it was fantastic!! It was Downtown Dining Week, so had a salad, potatoes and a phenomenal pork chop for $35! I come here often for the pork chop and highly recommend it!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Dining Experience at Carson's!

My partner and I recently celebrated our 1-year anniversary at Carson's Prime Steaks & Famous Barbecue during Milwaukee Downtown Dining Week, and the entire experience was absolutely incredible from start to finish.

The food was phenomenal! Every course was prepared to perfection, and the flavors were amazing. From the delicious meal to the celebratory glass of champagne, every detail made our special evening even more memorable.
What truly made our experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service. Victor, our waiter, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful evening. He was attentive, friendly, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit.

We would also like to recognize Peter, the manager, whose hospitality and dedication to customer service were evident from the moment we arrived. It's clear that he takes great pride in creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

Thank you, Victor and Peter, for helping make our anniversary celebration so special. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Carson's to anyone looking for amazing food, exceptional service, and a memorable dining experience!

What i dislike the most was being charged for salad dressing! Our salads were dry barely had dressing on it ask for some more n they charged us for more dressing! We spent $444 and they charged us for dressing! REALLY!!!
