My boyfriend and I came here for a date night and it was perfect. We did the 8 course prix fixe menu and every single course was incredible!!! It is a small space (only five tables) and Chef Ana & her husband, which made it a very intimate and lovely experience! I truly think the empanadas (with slow roasted pork, caramelized onions and goat cheese and chimichurri) were some of the best I’ve ever had!! We had the best time at Cavas!! Truly an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and taken care of. We had the 8 course menu and we loved EVERY dish. So many delicious flavors and some things we'd never tried before. Chef Ana and her husband were so lovely. Highly recommend the Sangria and Spanish Old Fashioned cocktails! We will definitely be back to try the paella!
