We visited Cavas in Milwaukee this past Saturday for my bachelorette party -- 7 of us -- and Chef Ana was absolutely incredible! She not only served an amazing meal, but she was patient, warm and handled our lively group with so much grace and good humor. The entire team was wonderful and made us feel taken care of from start to finish. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service was truly top-tier. Had a wonderful dinner at this gem of a restaurant and would highly recommend dining here to celebrate a special evening! We did the seven course experience and every plate was just as delicious as the last. Service was excellent and they are very accommodating of allergies. I have a gluten allergy and felt very safe eating here and was able to enjoy every course with very slight modifications!
Exceptional food, service and ambiance. We felt we were transported out of Milwaukee into a magical culinary land. Ana and Peter made our anniversary celebration so special. We are looking forward to next time.
