Very place, good craft cocktails, and probably the best cheese curds I have had!

Came here on a whim on a Saturday without a reservation. They have a bar and side lounge area where you can order drinks and appetizers.Appetizers were great, drinks are great. The layout in the lounge is a bit awkward, and the bartender had to search for me to deliver the food. And it was an awkward table to chair height to eat food.

Awesome place! I've been here a few times. Highly recommend checking out their rooftop bar in the summer, planning an event in their basement space, or just going to grab a drink indoors. Our most recent visit, we celebrated being selected for the Brandy Old Fashioned Hall of Fame. (Class of 2023) Find our name in the downstairs room!

Really cool rooftop view of the city! Bartender over charged us and was weird.

My family and I recently dined at the Central Standard Crafthouse, where we experienced impeccable service and savored delightful cuisine. I highly suggest trying the Chicken Picatta paired with the Wisconsin Old Fashion (Red Cabin Bourbon), and indulging in the Central Standard Trio dessert. Needless to say, I'll definitely be returning. Their gift store tempted me, and I couldn't resist bringing home a bottle of Red Cabin Bourbon.

Food and drinks were very good. Liked all of the locally sourced ingredients and vegetables not commonly seen on menus. Also like that NA cocktail options available. Very loud overall. Service was ok

Get the smash burger, you will not be disappointed!

My wife and I had one of the best dining experiences ever! When we arrived, the ambiance was electric. The place was hopping. Our server was prompt, attentive, and very knowledgeable. For an appetizer, we shared a plate of scallops that set the bar for the rest of the night. Kudos to chef Daniel! Our entrees of filet and pork chops were awesome. The pork chop was just as melt in your mouth as the filet. Best pork chop ever! Despite the busyness of the night, co-owner Evan took time to chat with us. We felt very honored by our host, chef, and server. To top off our dining experience, we shared a tiramisu; mmm, so good. I almost forgot about the cocktails. The manhattans and old fashioneds were just as great as the drinks that keep us coming back. The plural is not a mistake. You can't go to the Crafthouse and have just one.

Had always went to this place for just cocktails but decided to try food and although the food was good, the service this day was not great. Once we were served our drinks/food no one came back for about 45 min to check in for new drinks or anything. Eventually we had to flag the waiter down to get the check and it wasn't very crazy busy. Like I said liked the food and always have fun good cocktails but the service really just made it not as enjoyable.

Celebrated my son's 40th birthday with dinner. The service was personable, and we enjoyed the food selection and atmosphere. First time coming here and was easy to find and parking was a challenge as with any restaurant downtown on a Saturday night. Definitely going to be back the next time in town.

There was a great atmosphere. The music was loud enough to hear if you listened but did not overpower conversations. Service was courteous and attentive without being overbearing. There were several personal touches that made you feel welcome.

Hosted a private cocktail class in their Founder's Room for a networking event and it was perfect! The Central Standard team was incredibly welcoming and knowledgable. The food was great and the drinks were delicious!

Second time at Central and was not disappointed. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Food was amazing and didn't have to wait very long once ordered. Everything was delicious. Will be back

Drinks were REALLY good (recommend anything with the cherry vodka - mojito or mule), been a long time since I commented on the drinks being the best part of the meal. Pretzel was delicious! Chicken piccata and filet were great.Lamb dish was bad - the sweet potatoes were odd, the lamb was cooked well but not flavorful. Kale was fine. Sauce was plain/boring - basically like stock thickened a bit. This being the second most expensive dish on meal, I was under-impressed.
