My wife and I stopped in for dinner. We’re on a weekend getaway.
My wife ordered the Salmon 🍣 and I ordered the Chicken and Waffles.
Service was surperb! Atmosphere was great! The background music was awesome and the volume was not overpowering.
The food was wicked awesome!
When we’re back in town we’re definitely going back!
We had SUCH an amazing experience stopping by this weekend. The grits are TO DIE FOR. Honestly, we may be back again next weekend and it’s a 1.5 hour drive for us - so that’s saying something. Josh was our server, and he was outstanding as well.🫶🏼
We spent a weekend getaway in Milwaukee for our anniversary and went to Tupelo Honey for dinner on Saturday night. We made a reservation ahead of time online but it looked as if walk-ins would have been accommodated!

Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar offers a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere, with quick service. The restaurant is popular and can get loud, making it a lively spot. The food is highly praised, with customers calling it amazing and quite delicious. The Sriracha Honey Chicken and Waffles and chicken and waffles, both regular and peach cobbler, are highlighted. The southern comfort food, like cheesy grits and biscuits, are considered filling and warm the soul. Customers also enjoy the great drinks. Many reviewers appreciate the friendly staff, clean environment, and beautiful ambiance. Some dishes, like the fried green tomatoes and goat cheese grits, are especially loved. However, some recent experiences mention that the steak is inedible and not worth the price, with suggestions to replace it with a better cut of meat like a nice chuck. Overall, it remains a good place for a satisfying meal, especially for those who enjoy hearty southern comfort food.
