Central Waters Brewing Co. is a historic and cool-looking building that has been renovated into a spacious and nice taproom. The service is spectacular, and the beer is tasty, with an excellent tap list featuring delicious barrel-aged stouts. They offer Mexican food through a separate business inside the taproom, which is phenomenal and has received high praise from visitors. The staff is attentive and helpful, ensuring the glasses are clean and the experience is enjoyable. The Bourbon Barrel Stout remains outstanding, and the Summer Nights beer is still a favorite among guests. There is ample seating at the bar, both inside and upstairs, and the brewery tour led by Frazier is highly recommended for its knowledge and personable approach. After the tour, guests can enjoy a flight of beer, which boasts a variety of great options, including two "pilot" beers.
