Being from Cali and being raised with some of the best Mexican food outside of Mexico (although technically formally Mexico) this brought me back home. It was the Huaraches for me. Homemade clearly, tender, juicy. Get the restaurants name sake meat. I am still thinking about it.

Absolutely Recommend!! We had Chilango Express for our son’s graduation party! They were on time and so good! The food was amazing! Fresh, nice sized portions and service with a smile! The variety of food they prepared was great for all the of the guests! Would use them again!!

The food was really good! The atmosphere could have been way better! They off set. When we were dinning they had a movie on and had sex scene ? Not good for kids and was glad no kids were with us.

Rice & beans comes with a dinner is extremely small portions like literally two tablespoons of rice and 1 tablespoon of beans. Yet the advertisement on the menu displays size of a bowl of rice & beans. When asked about rice & beans portions advertised on the menu he wanted to charge me extra to get the dinner serving size as advertised! I refused to pay xtra! I’ve NEVER experienced a Mexican restaurant being skimpy on their rice & beans. Usually you get LARGE portions of rice & beans! This place is cheating people trying to get you to spend more money! Very dissatisfied and food served room temperature NOT freshly cooked! This is my FIRST & LAST time there!
Vegetarian options: I wouldn’t recommend…you get whatever vegetables they want to serve you and not sure if they have knowledge of what vegetables they’re serving! Not impressed with their food. Shouldn’t be in operation!

I used to absolutely love this restaurant 2 years ago when I was first introduced to it. Since then it’s just gotten worse and worse. First it started with them forgetting to make my take out two orders in a row. Both times I had to wait over 10 mins standing waiting for my food. Then on the next order both my friend and I got awful food poisoning for days after getting delivery. Then the next visit we received little to no service while eating at the restaurant and the food was very subpar. The other day I spent almost $50 for a delivery and the food was absolutely pathetic. Cold, tasteless, missing items, wrong meat and so on. I will not be frequenting this restaurant anymore nor will my family or friends.
