I would recommend the Chipotle in Glendale over this one.
Guac was old, sort of that brown to rotten avocado taste, shouldn’t have been served, lacked cilantro and flavor.
Other items on the line also didn’t taste as fresh as what I’m used to having at the Glendale Chipotle.
I went there for the Buy one, get one deal, so I was surprised the line didn’t have fresh food before the rush!
I won’t be back :(

Unpleasant staff, skimpy (especially with meat), food is often luke warm, often out of lettuce and other items. Make sure they include everything in your order, they often forget the chips you pay for. Sometimes meat is really grisly. Of all the locations I have been to, this one is by far the worst.

Our business ordered catering delivery for a holiday work event and the order never got delivered, no one showed up or called us. NOTHING. We couldn't get a hold of the store or customer service either. Eventually we were forced to drive to the location while employees had to sit around and wait patiently for food. When got there, we asked what happened; they didn't really care, they just shrugged said the order was ready. We saw our order along with a few other larger orders just sitting and waiting. (Apparently they use Door Dash to deliver their catering which is absolutely WILD to me). Luckily we were able to grab the food and we got our people fed - 45 mins later than scheduled. However, we did get complaints about stale chips and the rice being undercooked.
Won't be trusting them our business again.

Food is usually decent, but the dining room is usually dirty along with the tables, chairs and restrooms with plenty employees around. When I see issues like this it always causes me to question of what it looks like behind the scenes. Was here about 30 mins, not one table wiped down, weird. The music is sometimes so loud you can't hear what the employees are asking you.

The other day I came in around 10pm and I ordered 2 bowls. At the end I asked for guac but was told they were out. Not a problem, no worries. Then the gentleman at the register said “no we have guac,” and said something a long the lines of “we get docked if we don’t serve guac after a certain time.” I thought nothing of it, but then when I get home I noticed my guac was just hard avocado chunks, no onions, cilantro or any of the fun tidbits. Now per the photos, of course I ate the rest of the bowl because the rest was enjoyable…I was just a bit disappointed that I paid for hard avocado chunks in both of the bowls I ordered :(

I’ve had 4+ experiences here in the past month before leaving this review because I was skeptical. I’ve have good interactions at this location. The employees here all deserve raises especially if they keep up this service. Please keep it this way and pay them more!!
The portions have been decent (not over-the-top, but just ok), the service has been exceptional, the quality has been pretty good as well. It has sparked my colleagues and I to order here more often and even get catering for our company events. It took me so 4-6 visits to leave this review because I was expecting a decline in service or food but it has been pretty good.
My biggest complaint is the dining area gets messy at times. I brought a qdoba fanatic friend to try chipotle out. But she was immediately turned off because the space was messy with straws and soda all over the floor and the honey chicken was all sold out.

I think TikTok needs to bring back the trend of ordering and walking out if they skimp on portions, that worked for a while. They might as well count the grains of rice, they were adding a tablespoon at a time so they wouldn't give me too much and it didn't even cover the bottom of my bowl. Then I was given half a spoon of chicken that was super chewy and fatty. Also my bag of chips had less than a snack size bag of Lay's potato chips and they were 80% crumbs... I miss when Chipotle used to be top notch 3 years ago, at this point Taco Bell might have better quality and portions for less money.
This is one of the better Chipotle locations. They serve you a good amount of food, and everything usually tastes fresh. The staff is usually friendly and quick, even during busy hours. The dining area is clean, and they don’t skimp on ingredients like some other places.

When I Walked In The Place Had A Funny Smell. And When You Walk Up To The Glass It Is Very Dirty & Needs To Be Replaced. This Place Deserves A Renovation Now lol But The Staff Was VERY NICE !!! And Recommended My Boyfriend The Guacamole. The Staff Really Made Everything Better!!!

Okay. The girl w the black and red braids made me the best bowl I have ever eaten. This is the most incredible chipotle I’ve ever put in my body. It is fulllllllll….you should have seen how large my eyes got when I opened this burrito bowl. It’s like a masterpiece. Literally so gorgeous. I love this chipotle and this girl deserves a raise.
