I went inside around 11:45 today during lunch time and was informed they only do online orders. I wasn't aware they stopped doing walk-in orders at Chipotle. Good thing there are other food options in this area.

Had a catering order this week. Wasn't enough food, even though I bought 3 extra servings. Very upsetting. Food was not bad nothing wrong but ran out of meat. Had everything else left.

Had to pause eating my burrito bowl just to leave a 5 star review cause it was so good. I actually came here like 2 weeks ago and I’ve been thinking about the bowl I had ever since.. came back for another today and it was even better. Wow. Great portion sizes. Great staff. Great bowl!

Ordered 2 burrito bowls. First one had 5 pieces of chicken and doused in sour cream. The next one was extra chicken and it was barely even enough for a regular portion. Horrible quantities

Did takeout through the app today, and the portion size in general was 25% less than I’m used to in person or at other locations. Added Guac and it looked more like a scrape than $2.75 worth. Service was good. Value was lower due to portion size. Quality was high, as usual. I’ll go back, but not for pickup, and likely never use the app again at any location.

10 years ago this location was FANTASTIC! Always clean and the portion sizes were perfect. The staff was also incredibly nice and professional.
Now, every time I order a burrito bowl online, the portion sizes are laughable. Hard rice, burnt pieces of chicken and soggy grilled veggies. I've spoken with them a few times on the phone and the attitude is always "whatever." The staff thinks it's funny to play around with people's food and money. They purposely screw up your order out of spite. I haven't ordered in months and don't plan on it again until they hire all new, competent, professional staff.
My family loves chipotle. This location had the worst service I’ve ever experienced. After servicing me with literally the worst attitude the employee skipped my husband to help the couple standing in line behind us. This particular couple was very kind and aware of how rudely we were being serviced. When another crew member mentions how he skipped him. He laughs and starts speaking in Spanish in a manner that was very snarky. Me and my children are vegetarian.. I spent a lot of time asking why certain vegetables weren’t available.. and the first answers were all lies until I asked for a manger.. instead of bringing out a manager they told me I could wait 8 min for veggies but they ran out of pico that morning.. they were whispering and just being lazy the whole time. The cashier was eating in a booth and only getting up when it’s time to complete the transaction very unprofessional, filthy, racist work. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. We decided not to eat here. Poor owners. Your staff is going to run people away.

Whoever was working today 1/24/2025 and made my carry out burrito bowl ripped me off so badly. I got half of what I usually get. As others have mentioned before me, I also got a scrape of Gauc. Retrain whoever this person is..

I came here at 10pm and they not taking orders cause an employee said and I quote “we ready to go” employees in the lobby eating but I can’t even order? That’s wild . Really wanted to spazz out this ridiculous places should be fined when closing before the time they are supposed to .
