22 minutes to toast a bagel! That has to be a new record. Since no one was in line, I have to assume they prioritize online orders over customers standing in front of them. Guess we don’t count!

Crunchy bagel and oat milk. i asked for almond milk and i got oat milk now i have tummy issues very good latte though would have been better with my almond though. why sell a bagel if it’s crunchy. tasted stale and hard and made my tummy hurt worse. now i’m struggling in the car until i get to my nearest restroom.

Colectivo Café is such a lovely spot with great coffee, fresh food, and a cozy atmosphere. I love the outdoor seating and the upstairs area — it’s a great place to relax, study, or catch up with friends. The staff are always friendly, and everything tastes fresh and made with care.

UPDATE:

Their app really needs some work. I can’t upload funds.

There is usually a good selection of baked goods, and of course various coffee/tea beverages. Staff are friendly; it can be very busy esp. in the mornings. Plenty of seating most of the time, might be a bit tricky in the morning rush. Good ambience, but noisy from the espresso, machines. Also, people have a tendency to not pick up their chairs when moving them. Like fingers on a blackboard. Yikes!
I have not yet tried the lunch menu.

food hasn't been very fresh the last few times. Today the coffee tasted very watered down.

This was a really cool spot. Really nice inside, a lot of seating options. Drinks and smoothies were good! Would visit again!

Very nice place with a good menu selection. Upstairs and downstairs seating, though it was very busy and seating was limited. It was mainly occupied by people who appeared to be doing school/remote work.

Much of the staff is snobby and aloof. Let me stand there for 10 minutes waiting for my overpriced drink while 3 staff conjugated and hung out. After Several people who came after me got their drinks I finally asked about mine. They just pointed to it sitting there at pick up getting cold. No one ever called my name and they saw me standing there directly across from them waiting yet continued to let me stand there. No apology or nothing. Passive aggressive with customers for absolutely no reason. I had even tipped on a $7 small drink and that’s the service I get.

My fault for wanting to support local. Next time I’ll go to Scooters. They are always kind and professional there.

4:30 in the afternoon, not terribly crowded, staff lackadaisical, and the place totally filthy.

Lots of places to sit inside and out! Quiet enough to get lots of work done. I’m not a coffee guy so you’re are on your own with that BUT I am a smoothie guy and it was delicious! I had a mango peach ginger smoothie and it was excellent! My blueberry scones was delicious and fresh!

Had a chocolate chip pumpkin muffin. A few choc chips in a dry, tasteless pumpkin base. So disappointed as went out of my way.

Excellent all around! I started my day with a Vanilla Cream Cold Brew and the Famous Chorizo Burrito. The coffee was strong with great flavor and did the job - keeping me alert for my long day of driving. I absolutely LOVED the burrito. There was so much going on with it - eggs, sausage smoked chorizo, poblano peppers, pico de gallo, black and refried beans in a flour tortilla served it house made salsa. It was bursting with flavor! I only wish I grabbed a second one for later in the day. Highly recommend!
