Blue Heeler has been one of our most popular blends for more than twenty years. Named after Mina, our Australian Blue Heeler mascot, this is a coffee that stays true cup after cup. We combine our regular and dark-roasted Sumatra Highlands to create a blend worthy of Mina's namesake. It features a floral, earthy aroma with a full body and a spicy, smoky flavor.

Great local Riverwest spot to get your coffee fix or so many other goodies like smoothies or snacks. Really cool that they roast their own beans too. Good prices, good vibes, and kind staff make Colectivo hard to pass up. Plus, look at that beautiful La Marzocco coffee machine! We enjoyed some lattes and smoothies for Locust Street Fest. Highly recommend!

Colectivo tastes good, but every time I go there the wait is super long, and they frequently get orders wrong or miss items in the order. Even if you order online. The employees are chill, but at the same time they're slow to put out orders which can be pretty irritating. Every time I've gone there with a friend, one of us is waiting for 10 minutes while the other stands there waiting, or there's something wrong with the order. Going for a quick coffee shouldn't...
