Usually a solid cafe, but lately the service has gone downhill. I ordered two garden goddess sandwiches (which are vegan) and they gave me totally different sandwiches that contained chicken. I went back to ask them to remake them, and they asked if they could just take the chicken off. Seriously? How hard is it to remake the correct sandwich when they messed up the order? Very disappointed in the service considering they didn't apologize for the mixup and acted like it was...

Food is delicious just like it is at every Colectivo. The location specifically is average. Restrictive parking and multiple items are always unavailable. I understand the food is popular but even the Lakefront location is always stocked and they are busier than this location by FAR. Whoever the inventory manager is needs to order more product. Have gone here once, have not been back since.
