Loved this place since the 80's. They expanded with a new dining room. Food is pretty much the same. In other words, great. I love that it hasn't changed the decor, and it feels nostalgic. To someone new, it might seem dated. I like it that way.
It used to be a great place to go, now the new owners have way too many rules, can't go to a restaurant with more than 6 people, only except cash, closest way too early... way to ruin a successful business!!!!
We have been coming here for many years. The margaritas are awesome. Last night we ate there for first time in awhile. The 18% service charge through us for a loop..and when asked for little condiment cup for some taco sauce for our 4 left over tacos were charge 1.50. Now we get tacos to go sometimes and that's thrown in. Now charging for that? Im sorry to say we will be looking elsewhere. Are are favorite guilty pleasure is not a pleasure anymore. Friday night not very busy...
