Kaitlyn was the only one working. Rest of the crew was behind the counter cussing and fighting. Most of it started when Jazlyn walked in off the clock. Love the cousins subs chain, but I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone and I won’t be coming back. Came in at approximately 520 on November 25th.

Had 45 min to get lunch for 10 - The cousins closer to my work has a bunch of workers who cant seem to get it together - Called 6th and Layton location. They were able to help me get what I needed in a fast, organized, stress-free time crunch!! You guys ROCK!!! Thank you

Cousins never disappoints...grew up in Milwaukee and just back for a visit! We can't visit without stopping for a sub sandwich from Cousins! Still topnotch and nobody does subs better! From the great breads to the premier meats, cheeses and toppings, Cousins is the ONLY place to get a sub sandwich in Milwaukee! And the staff were AWESOME! Great job as always Cousins!

It was horrible I had the tuna when I told the staff that it tasted funny they said it was fresh there's nothing they can do they want refund me they wouldn't give me another sandwich I ended up throwing it out and leaving very very upset I believe your standards are higher than this and it was the one on Capitol drive on the Eastside of Milwaukee it was filthy filthy filthy the chip rack was even filthy the place is the nastiest cousins I've ever been in I asked to speak to the manager she told me she literally said too bad so sad I told her I thought her place was very nasty the potato chip rack is filthy and it's potato chips for God's everything around the grill is filthy the whole place is filthy I told the manager she should be ashamed of herself she said go ahead I'll keep my job I ordered a footlong I don't have the receipt cuz I threw it on the garbage I had to watch them make it cuz the place was that filthy I had a short time before I had to get back to work so I couldn't go to the one on Oakland that place is disgusting do y'all need to fire that manager and get some real people in there that want to workI can't believe that a general manager isn't on this it's nothing but ghetto trash in there

Terrible service and lousy food. Upon arrival was greeted with snarls and grumbles - should have walked out right away. But no, I ordered anyway. Large fries and large cheese curds, both were partial orders, served cold with extra grease. The subs were soaked in some liquid that I can compare to dirty dish water. $40 for sh*t!! Don't eat here. Places like this need to fail. Otherwise, they will continue to serve crap food and crap service.

This is the second time that they've failed to add a bag of chips to my order. The first time I called and the manager swore her employee added them and that the delivery person must've taken them ?.... figured I'd give another chance and once again NO CHIPS!!!! It's not so much the cost but the principal. How hard is it to fulfill a 3 item order ? ? You've lost a long time customer
