The employees are friendly. The lady in the drive through was very nice and professional and greeted customers right away. It is refreshing to get great service. Cousins Cheese Steak subs are not nearly as flavorful as they used to be, being bland and lacking flavor, and a bit greasy. The meat and cheese don't taste good like they used to.
