Walking around on the phone talking about your man while working the front is unacceptable. Phones carry so many germs. Then she gets an attitude because she didn't get my order right...well of course you didn't. Managers need to enforce rules in the workplace. Makes the world a better place.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could!! Not only did my sandwich come looking like dog food, I was informed because I got sauce on my meatballs it crumbles! This was so absurd! The crew had an attitude and was in house clothes no uniform! The manager was telling lies as to why the meatballs were like this!!!

So I ordered online and received my order only to find that nothing was labeled, special instructions had been ignored and one sub was completely incorrect. 3 subs 1 turkey (white meat) and 2 ham (pink meat) I asked for extra mayo and grilled onions on the turkey and 1 ham and for the other ham no onions and no tomatoes. Again nothing labeled and instructions ignored and we received 3 ham subs. I guess I'm to blame for giving them them another chance as this happened once before within the last couple months. We are the adults working in these places because these kids can't read with comprehension nor listen when told verbally. I see businesses are going out of business. So today I have someone without lunch because a worker couldn't read with understanding or follow directions. Ridiculous!

FEE is absolutely wonderful at what she does. Is she really knows how to make customers happy and leave with a smile on their face. I had the privilege of FEE taking my order. She even recommended some extra toppings that make my sub more delicious. Thank you cousin subs for having this wonderful woman at this location. I will be back.

On Wednesday 4/12/2023 around 9PM, my husband went to the drive thru, there were just 2 employees working at this time. When I tell you this team of 2 did an amazing job. We had ordered 5 1/2 subs with fries and they got the order correct and was nice. My husband was not in a hurry so he let her know that there was no rush. We had tried calling to place the order but they were not taking call ins after 9. These 2 deserve a paid day off. With all that was going on they still delivered great customer service...Thank you and our food was good!

My oder was not right today. I don't understand because my order was on the ticket. I was standing in line for 15 minutes before someone asked another staff person to take my order. My ticket time was 2:09pm. I did not leave the store until 2:37pm. I was the only customer in the lobby. You shouldn't have to open your food in the lobby to make sure your order is right. I called to talk to the Manager. I was on hold for a long time. I called 4 times. The Manager was no help at all.
