It's become hit or miss now, as with many restaurants nowadays. Not much is consistent anymore, and the quality of most restaurants' food and staff is nowhere near what it used to be years ago.

Even during busy times, the team efficiently handles large orders and maintains a friendly, unhurried approach. Customers appreciate the high-quality food and the overall positive experience. The employees are friendly. The lady in the drive through was very nice and professional and greeted customers right away. It is refreshing to get great service. Cousins Cheese Steak subs are not nearly as flavorful as they used to be, being bland and lacking flavor, and a bit greasy. The meat and cheese don't taste good like they used to.
