Can't speak much about their lunch or dinner, but breakfast at Craft is awesome! We stayed at the The Trade Hotel for 9 days and have tried every item on the breakfast menu. The short rib hash, Killbourn, and the breakfast burrito are my go-to items, but everything else is very solid as well and well priced. Coffee is free too. Plus friendly servers and quick service! Very impressed
First time at the Trade Hotel, and the Craft restaurant. The hotel is very nice. It's part of the Fiserv sports/entertainment complex. The lobby is large, and well appointed. Lots of windows with natural light all around (western and southern exposure).

My boyfriend and I had gone here recently for our 1 year anniversary. This place had exceeded our expectations. We ordered the salmon and the shrimp and lobster Cajun Mac and cheese. I was absolutely amazing, I wish I went back the next day. The service was wonderful! Our waitress was amazing, I just wish I got her name.
