Picked up a simple order at 9:30 pm.Double Cheeseburger with extra ketchup.Onion RingsPint of custardRequested some extra ketchup packets and a little salt. Asked her twice.The girl at the window says yup, yup.Drive away and there is a dash of ketchup on the burger and no salt or extra ketchup in the bag. Burger is barely warm. Onion rings also lukewarm.Called to notify manager?I told him about the experience he says ok. LOL. Not hey we will do better next time or any type of simple apology. Haha, times have changed.

We called two hours in advance to let them know we would be bringing a bus of students. All 55 of us were in and out in about 40 minutes, had great service, and tasty food. Highly recommend this awesome location!

When I order a pint of the flavor of the day I expect it to be fresh frozen custard. What I got was as hard as a rock and had freezer burn on it. Lazy staff, not fresh food.

I come multiple times a week for lunch and they always have this dude carelessly sweeping dirt all over the place, onto customer's feet and pants. I watched him do it to others. He then did it to me, I said something and he continued sweeping in my direction.I've been in restaurant service my entire life and have never seen a restaurant sweeping in the middle of service without an accident happening. Daily sweeping should be done before or after service. You're sweeping dirt into people. People are eating and there's airborne contaminants when you sweep so carelessly with a bristle broomChange this please, I'm sick of this dude sweeping dirt into my feet and pants.
