Food was hit-or-miss. Brisket was good, ribs were way overcooked and tough. No smoke flavor on anything. Not worth the price.

We stopped in for dinner on a Friday night, the place wasn't too terribly busy. We were seated right away. The place has a great beer and whiskey list, and they also have THC drinks on tap. I appreciate when we ordered the brisket they asked if we would like it fattier or leaner, that was a really nice surprise. The rib tips were pretty good, I would have liked a little more char on them, but they still were tasty. It's relatively expensive, not unexpected at a downtown hotel.

Large seating area and plenty of room for large groups too. We had 11 people and were able to be seated and served very quickly. Very friendly staff and great bbq! Smoked wings and brisket were very tasty with house bbq sauces.

Overpriced. Small portions. Tried 2 different tap beers...hit and miss. The first two I asked for they came back and told me they ran out. I enjoyed the beer barrel urinal...but won't be coming back for that. Spent $100 on food for one person and a few beers and still had to stop at Kwik Trip on the way home because we were still hungry.

Wow really good BBQ spot in the heart of downtown Milwaukee and some terrific sauces. One of the best Brisket l've ever had it was so juicy and tender melts in your mouth...writing this review is making my mouth water as I type. The booze selection is out of this World it's pretty impressive. We had great and friendly service very knowledgeable bartenders. 100% recommend!

Visiting Milwaukee for a conference. Third night eating out. Worst restaurant we tried. Terrible service. Couldn’t get drinks, even water, without repeatedly asking. Food was overly salty and tough. Server struggled with splitting bills. Wanted to leave early to a better establishment. Low low bar. Low quality.

I’m having mixed feelings at this time, please go back to cutting the brisket thick. That deli slice brisket ain’t it. Otherwise I love the food and I can’t complain, but I’m a brisket eater and my last experience wasn’t good

The service was good. We ordered the Trucker snack which was very tasty and the Linz Angus Brisket with a mix of lean and fatty meat. For the sides we got Mac and cheese and the Bacardi baked beans. The brisket was tender and had a good Smokey flavor. The Bacardi baked beans were amazing. The wet noodles with some type of white sauce that they passed for Mac and cheese was a hard pass.

The food looks really good, but taste less than average. Tried the brisket, the brisket at Buckys taste better. Drinks were overpriced for how little you get.if you’re just hungry you can eat here, but if you want to taste the food go somewhere else. Also had to pay for seasoning on fries and all my years of living I have never seen something so ridiculous.
