So I was having trouble ordering online. I went into this location on 12/23/25 to see if my order had come in yet because of the amount of problems I was hBing with online ordering. The website did not let me sign into my account or complete my order. I reached out to customer service and apparently someone will get back to me in 7 business days. I was finally able to put the order in but because of the glitches with the website the order came in wrong. I informed the workers there that my order was wrong and the girl with braids told me that they have to make it the way it came in. She did not seem to care the order didn't come in correctly. So I accepted her answer and waited for my good. The food was still wrong. Instead of half pepperoni I got about two pieces with a couple of pepperoni on them. The cheesy bread looked like it had gone through shredded and was burnt. I took pictures of what they have me. Highly dissatisfied!

They took my money out of my account and I never got my pizza they kept saying that they couldn't process my payment and that was because they had already taken my money out of my account and they tried to charge me again of course it didn't go through because they had took all that I had in my account and that was for me to feed my grandchild

The food is bland. This is the worst location I've been to. The tall white guy who wears shorts is incredibly rude. He does not acknowledge customers needs at all. The cheese stuffed bread didn't have the garlic butter on it (and it tasted like plain dough when I got home and actually tried it.) I asked for some garlic butter on my crust and he straight said no. And just looked at the next customer. Don't go here if you want decent pizza and great service.

My food was dry and wasn’t fulling cook right and the delivery suck even more the guy left the food in the middle of the sidewalk and not the door I call today and the manager didn’t care and hung up service suck don’t order from here

The staff is incredibly unprofessional. They loudly swear and argue with eachother in front of customers. The atmosphere is incredibly tense. I do like there pizza but the price seems a bit high for the size of the pizza.

There are no chairs for you to sit and wait for your food as someone who's had a knee replacement and has titanium in my back. And needs my other knee replaced I was in a lot of pain. When I asked about it I was given the oh that's how this store is. When I brought up that it isn't good for people who are disabled or elderly it was brushed off! No empathy or sympathy or compassion! One of the young women working really took an attitude with me and I took it back. Not going to lie! I literally said to her how would she feel if it was her grandmother and she were to pass out because she had nowhere to sit because she laughed at me! Very rude customer service would not recommend this location! Food was not that good either! Definitely not for the price!
I don't know where to start this is a terrible place with terrible people ordering from this location is a nightmare it took 1 hour for delivery I ordered a New York style pizza extra large and 16 hot wings I waited one hour when they showed they had a small pizza and chicken tenders they said they would bring my order right back that took another hour they tried to make me pay twice they are rude with attitudes using foul language and drawing receipts Don't waste your money or your time it's better to eat at a gas station

I have went to the store to order my pizza but they told me I couldn’t order at the store and I had to do it online so I did and when I picked up my pizza 18 minutes after I took it home and when I got home. I was eating my pizza and I found a hair on the pizza so I called the store and they told me they were going to give me a gift card and just hang up the phone on me, they didn’t ask for order details or anything like that! Make sure you check your pizza before you guys take it home. This is disgusting. And I don’t think I will get any gift card because they didn’t ask for anything and just hang up.
