The general manager at this location is so unprofessional and will cause someone to crash out. He needs to be fired since he can’t do his job and fix mistakes his employees make.

I am writing to formally report an unpleasant incident I witnessed at your store earlier today: 07/19/25 at around 9:15 PM. One of your female staff members displayed behavior that was not only unprofessional but downright embarrassing for your brand.
A customer was simply dealing with the door when this staff member decided to raise her voice at them in a manner that was completely uncalled for. Instead of assisting or handling the situation with courtesy, as one would expect from someone representing Domino’s, she chose to “tell off” the customer, which was as unnecessary as it was awkward for everyone present. I was one of the witnesses there, and I can assure you, her behavior did nothing but make herself look bad.
Frankly, this staff member needs immediate education in basic customer service skills.
I hope management addresses this issue and ensures all employees are reminded that customers are the reason the store operates in the first place. A pizza place should be known for its quality and friendliness, not for staff who act like the door personally offended them.

I was approached with a big smile by a worker named Queen. She was enthusiastic, had a great sense of humor and made sure my pizza was fresh and perfect :)!

I experienced poor customer service at this location I came in around 8:30pm all workers seem to not care about the job or even assist customers standing waiting to order .I eventually was able to order two medium hand tossed pizza and was over charged 46$ when they have the promotion for two medium two topping pizzas for 12.99 I was then told they are not allowed to tell customers about promotions or deals after asking why aren’t these deals being promoted In stores and online the worker with blonde hair and nose ring replied because it would cause the franchise to lose money i then asked who the manager was and everyone replied we basically all are managers there was a heavy set African American woman who was extremely rude and could care less about the customers and barley wanted to assist any customers they then told me I would have to wait 7 business days for the money to be refunded on my card POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Thankfully, our store is reliable.This one isn't.We'll order again, but never from this location. Suggest you also order from somewhere else. If you want Pizza.
