Please please please start reading reviews on food before you order. This guy that claims he’s a manager refuses to make my order over after the food was half cooked do not eat here. Extremely poor customer service and disrespectful management. I called the store several times and they continuously hung up the phone on me . So no refund and no food wow . Dominos , I also have a video call of management the manager hanging up the phone when I called several times I shop with dominos all the time this was totally unacceptable . He Should not be In charge of someone franchise . Also this video will be on my famous TikTok page , I am a famous content creator and I always bring awareness to the community about situations such as this . Make sure this store does not thrive with poor customer service. Also the way the food was cooked , is a health hazard. This will be reported to the the national food services agencies for inspection !! He needs to be fired

Terrible service. Waited close to two hours the tracker said completed looked outside no pizza. Called like 4 times no answer so I drove over there. They ignored me when I asked for a manager made me wait in line than they said they have no idea what happened. Asked me if I wanted a refund, gave me it but no pizza and no free stuff. I’m also gluten free so I’m sure dominos will send me free coupons by email but won’t give me a coupon that lets me order the gluten free pizza. Dominos sucks these days. Two pizzas was also $44 and they were 10 inch pizzas.

Experience: Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was very disappointing. I had high expectations based on the reviews, but my experience was far from satisfactory. 1. Food Quality: The food was not fresh and lacked flavor. Some dishes arrived cold and undercooked, making the meal unenjoyable. 2. Service: The service was incredibly slow, even though the restaurant was not crowded. It took too long to receive our order, and when it finally arrived, it was incomplete. The staff was also not friendly or attentive.

I go here alot with no issues. But today I had a hair in my pizza. The girl worker with dreads wasn't wearing a hair net. Also the guy making the pizza wasn't wearing gloves.

I placed a carry out order last night around 10:45pm. I walk inside the store. I saw the employee making food. He had NO gloves on while touching the food. He was on his phone as him touching the food with no gloves on. Like first of all, that’s so unsanitary and disgusting. That wasn’t even the worst part…There wasn’t any Buffalo sauce on my 8 piece wings I ordered. My pizza was burnt. Even the Alfredo was burnt and had hairs in it…I tried calling to complain but it kept going to voicemail. I didn't eat any of the $31 worth of food I purchased. Maybe if I had 0 taste buds left, I would have ate some. I would not come to this destination again. Or not ever recommend someone to come here for food!! -0/10!!!

Second time ordering from this dominos and both times the pasta and Philly sandwich I got her perfect and fresh and hot. Might become the new spot after work.

Ordered for pickup. Got to the store and the worker didn't even acknowledge me. As soon as I saw somebody at the check-out area, said I was their for a pickup order and my name. No response as he went for my pizza. I handed him the money for the pizza and he handed me the change without even saying a word to me. Weird as heck. And pretty rude. Oh well, I'm sure they will not miss my business.

Ordered 3 hours ahead of time. Came about 15 minutes AFTER order was done and it was indeed done but I didn't know that until after I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge I was even in the store. Lady standing right there could have been like someone will be right with you or something. People are so rude and cold. Won't be coming here if I can help it. Pizza was good but cold.

Seems like the issue is pretty common with this store. They never answer and the pizza takes over an hour to even leave the store. I think this will be the last time I ever order dominos. I haven't been to red Robin in 15 years since they messed up. It's gonna be the same with dominos
