This store used to be really good and i have ordered here alot but it hasn't at all as of lately. I Placed an order around 745pm for delivery here it is 12am still no delivery. The app tracker says its been delivered but it hasn't. This store always has a 3 to 6 hr wait time. This is not the first time this has happened either. I won't be ordering here ever again. However I can say that the driver's they have are polite and really nice. I'm just tired of receiving cold or frozen food.

Waited 25-30 and mt simple order wasn't rt. Half pepperoni and the other half sausage and mushrooms. Well the whole pizza had pepperoni on it and the sausage and mushrooms were just dumped in the middle! Very disappointed!!!! Employees got into a loud verbal argument!

Never received my order today. I've never had a problem here until today. I called 6x, and the phone doesn't even ring it sits silently and hangs up. No one answers the phone. It's like this place is abandoned. I hate that I waited for no reason sitting at the door with the outside light on just for no one to show up. I ordered 2 sodas, 2 pizzas, breadsticks, and pasta. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here.

I ordered 2 2-liter cherry coke, brought 2 20oz bottles and said I'm just a delivery driver and walked away. Called the store 3 times and each time after 7 min on hold was hung up on. Pay for what they don't deliver and then no recourse. SCAM and by a national chain? NEVER ORDER AND PREPAY.Gave them another chance, BIG mistake. Ordered and tracked said prepared and 40 min later in the oven, then quality check for 45 min. Named the delivery driver and took 15 min to leave and 25 min to deliver. I ordered pie cut but came in squares. 5 min after delivery an email saying order was not right and a discount on next order within 7 days. Discounts for subpar/nasty product to get follow up orders won't work.
Their pizza always tastes fresh. Delivery is always fast.Vegetarian options: Pick your own veggie toppings. They sale salads, although I wouldn’t mind a bigger variety of salad choices.

NO STARS...Horrible experience with this location!My pizza was delivered over an hour late and when it arrived it cold and the boxes were all smashed into each other ?. The cheese was all over the top of the box ?. I tried calling every number available and no answer. There is no way to leave a message. The corporate number doesn't even work. I honestly feel like I was taken advantage of. Oh and you can't even email a real person, it's a "bot" that records the "concern" then send a no reply email. This is very upsetting. I was afraid to consume this pizza so I just waisted my hard earned money.
