I usually would have given five stars because usually no matter if we get pick up or delivery or experiences always pretty good unfortunately this last time that wasn't the case the pizza was undercooked and not cut and I had to sit in the lobby for about 20 minutes after waiting the half hour that I was supposed to go get the food but again that was one time to the many of good times so that's why I'm only going to minus the one star
I really love ordering from here, pleasant staff, great customer service, the manager Ray always try to support and ensure customer satisfaction. I appreciate the staff for their prompt response to pickup.
Customers service was very poor... They're not use to in-person orders.
