Very rude staff ( from management on down). Food was cold. Wait was long. This store used to be nice.

Manager Jerome should be demoted. He is rude: dismissive, condescending, argumentative and lacks effective communication and basic understanding of the PRINCIPLE. He displays no qualities or attributes of a competent manager. I, unfortunately frequent this location due to it being around the corner from my son's weekly piano lessons. This is not the first nor second bad encounter with this location. Staff is rude with nasty attitudes, no sense of urgency, always smells like weed...read full review
