Walked in the shift manager was cussing her staff out and employees was complaining just a very poor customer service environment all together then they got my order wrong and snapped on me because I asked them to make my order right Had to comeback to the store because after waiting 15 minutes for them to switch shifts and get my order right they still got it wrong and gave me the wrong stuff i don’t know who runs this place but y’all need to help the manager find a balance...read full review
Poor service. The fries are old and cold. The chicken is old and served cold. They always got an issue here with the food. One time I was at their drive thru,they told me they was out of chicken as I driving off I could see the employee's all sitting down in the lobby eating the chicken they should have be selling.
