Very bad experience. The food was disappointing and the quality was very poor. We also had to wait way too long, and the service was terrible. The restaurant looked very dirty and poorly maintained, and the hygiene of the place and staff left a lot to be desired. There is definitely a lot that needs to be improved. I would not come back or recommend this place.
They still hot the food out qiickly dispite being very busy.
I love Popeyes. But this experience was pretty terrible. I placed an order online through the Popeyes app. I went to pick it up in store. I get being tired after a long shift. But the lady was not kind. Then the lady at the counter turned away from me and said they didn't have most of my order available to purchase. It was very difficult to hear her. She suggested giving me a very small amount of chiken in place of the sandwiches I orderd. So I asked for substitutions of chicken...read full review
