Never again! Ordered online phone app. I ordered a family meal, and didn't receive the biscuits. Although I ordered online, still had to wait 20 minutes and only got a partial of my order.

Walked in the shift manager was cussing her staff out and employees was complaining just a very poor customer service environment all together then they got my order wrong and snapped on me because I asked them to make my order right Had to comeback to the store because after waiting 15 minutes for them to switch shifts and get my order right they still got it wrong and gave me the wrong stuff i don’t know who runs this place but y’all need to help the manager find a balance because she is very unhappy with her job and she fully feels y’all as corporate or upper management will do nothing to stop her or help her to understand you don’t just out right snap out on a customer because they ask you a question about what they paid for she openly voiced this in front of a lobby full of customers and it’s very sad to get your food right and not have to be disrespected you have to drive to the other side of town just to get what is not very hard from someone that signed up to make food right and give a healthy and friendly place for costumers to come to to enjoy the food they came for

Poor service. The fries are old and cold. The chicken is old and served cold. They always got an issue here with the food. One time I was at their drive thru,they told me they was out of chicken as I driving off I could see the employee's all sitting down in the lobby eating the chicken they should have be selling.

Just left from this Popeyes the young lady at the window was very helpful. Whoever fried the chicken did a horrible job meat was not cooked properly chicken had blood in it.
Bad customer service and very rude to customers .Compare to all other place. This place is very dumb.

Smdh I just have an honest question...does Popeyes even sell spicy chicken anymore? At any location around Milwaukee? Is there a particular reason when a customer orders spicy they receive original? Are the cooks trained to NOT add the spice? This is ridiculous. I thought I was gonna be good catch them 30-45mins after opening they should definitely have actual spicy chicken but nope I was wrong. The nice gentleman at the counter did in a way let me know I was getting original by stating " I put hot sauce and honey In the bag for you" smdh??♀️ find a new cook, post a sign that says WE DO NOT SELL SPICY CHICKEN, or hell just close like the other one instead of taking peoples money and not giving them what they pay for... not to mention the biscuits be pale as hell now ABSOLUTELY NO BUTTER...keep it ??♀️I hate it here ??♀️
