I wanted to give this place a second chance but yesterday me and my friend were kicked out because he had hiccups. I should've got the bartender's name, but he is the reason we will not be coming back and he made his well-deserved zero dollar tip.

I really wanted to like this place, especially after hearing so much about it and their pasta flights. Unfortunately, the experience fell a bit short. I was seated in the back at a dark table that hadn’t been fully cleaned, which wasn’t a great start. The atmosphere inside was lively and enjoyable, though.

As for the food, the pasta was hit or miss—mostly miss. The fettuccine Alfredo in particular tasted more like bulk crock-pot Alfredo than something freshly made. The pasta flight itself is a fun and creative concept, but it did leave me wondering how sanitary the wooden boards used for serving actually are.

That said, I really think this place has the potential to be great, and based on past reviews, it seems like it can be. We need to improve the quality of restaurants on Brady Street, and I hope this spot rises to that level!

My go to for special occasions! The apps are great, well portioned pasta is amazing and easy to reheat at home, salads are well dressed, and the service is always so good

I tried the Piccante pasta and it was fantastic! The sauce had just the right amount of spice, the chicken was tender, and everything was full of flavor. The portion was generous, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back for this dish again!

Went for the flights. They were ok. Nothing special. The pasta and sauce had that texture like it was reheated in the microwave.

Got a pizza for an appetizer. That was amazing

So solid not great pasta, very good appetizers but I have had many restaurant flights in my life. They are not the same size as a regular entree and invariably they charge a flight price and adjust the portions. It's a tasting concept not a feedbag concept. Not here, basically a flight is just more half orders, not a tasting.

So when someone decided to do a flight they ordered five of the pastas. But instead of five smaller portions they got five half size portions. So let's call it 2.5 orders of pasta. Why we were not warned when ordering that across three people we had just ordered enough pasta for like six people? Come on. The bill was easily twice as high as it should have been. The fact the menu wasn't clear and the waitress didn't warn us is BS.

That is crap and it should be clear and we should have been warned. So three people, $200 check and five full size portions to take home. Can't recommend .. shame on them.

Our server (Rachel) was very attentive and always made sure we had enough food & drink. Wasn't blown away by the pasta, but it was decent. I definitely would try the pizza next time. The Eggplant & bruschetta apps were outstanding!

I’ve been to Dorsia back in April for the first time for my friend’s birthday. The food was so good! We got the burrata app and I got the piccante chicken pasta, as well as espresso martinis. Came here a few weeks ago. Got the same things and the pasta made me have food poisoning. It was so awful. I’m not sure if the food was undercooked or what. Writing this so other people don’t get sick. They also don’t use fresh espresso anymore for their espresso martinis, so they should edit the menu. Cold brew isn’t the same and does taste different. I hope that something will change with the food quality, from coming here the first time to the second was a bummer. Going to avoid coming here for a while. It’s too much money to spend to potentially get sick.

Pesto bruschetta was good, garlic bread had very little trace of garlic it was more cheese bread. Alfredo pasta was very good reminded me of a homemade of Olive Garden version but better. Pizza was okay I would skip the pizza and order pasta next time. Atmosphere was party in the front, then fine dining with low light in the back. I spent more time asking the other waiter to track down my waiter to ask for water refills, and ordering and my receipt had an Automatic service fee of $2.50

I wasn’t entirely happy with my first time experience here. Made a reservation for dinner with my wife thinking it would be a nice, elevated dining experience. While the staff was prompt and professional and the food was pretty good, the overall atmosphere honestly felt like a prank. Table was dirty, we were sat by a mirror that was filthy, and from an attire pov we felt terribly over-dressed which was weird, I could barely hear my wife over another tables extremely loud conversation. From what I saw on the website, to what I grew to expect, to what we actually experienced were each entirely different. I’d recommend take out from here instead
