Great place to talk and meet people!
I decided to check this bar out, I ordered a beer, kept to myself drinking it and when I was almost done the bouncer told me I had to leave. One of the bartenders supposedly made a false complaint about me. I followed the bouncer's order to leave but he was nice to let me explain myself outside. if somebody on the staff would just falsely report a customer for not doing anything, then I don't recommend this bar.

Underground Tavern offers great service, great selection, and decent beer and decent food. The food was surprisingly amazing, with pretzel bites, miltown, and the spicy chicken burger being perfect. Customers also liked the french fries and the spaetzle. The service was spectacular, prompt to get food, and exceptional, with fun conversation about Milwaukee. The vibe feels like a home away from home, with staff always ready for drinks, a game of dice, food, or advice. A special shoutout goes to ownership for providing decent toilet paper. The music was pretty loud, and it took a while to get the check. Overall, excellent food and a good selection of beer on tap make it well worth stopping in.
