Sad, disappointing experience. From the fact that the menu online does not match the menu in the restaurant down to the food simply being disappointing. There was a $15 price discrepancy between online menu for several items (currently still on Pays Big) and what we were charged.

Unfortunately I do not have the receipt from the other 2 in our party that were also overcharged and spent over $300 leaving rather disappointed as well.

I have tried to find a way to email or message the management about our experience to no avail. They clearly do not want to be contacted.

This place is incredible; I had the wagyu and it was a masterpiece. Excellent service from Jeremiah and just a really awesome experience. If you are at the hotel, definitely treat yourself. They will do you right

We visited for a special birthday celebration. The ambiance is great if you don't look too closely. While it looks like a decent restaurant at first glance, the place is actually pretty dirty. The women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. One stall couldn't be used because someone got sick all over it. The floor was so sticky that I had to wash my shoes.

Our waiter was dismissive and had no personality. He walked away twice in the middle of someone speaking.

We ordered: 3 steaks, salmon, 5 sides and 4 appetizers. When the food came, it was shocking how bad the presentation was. The oysters were mushy. One steak was $114 and it had no steak characteristics....no char, fat not even tender.

This was all before the actual problem. One of us ordered the 6oz filet with mushrooms on the side. She found a bug in her mushrooms. We took a photo and told the waiter. He took it in the back and came back out with the SAME plate saying he removed it.

Two more managers came over separately to convince us it wasn't a bug. We weren't even complaining about it. We just asked them to take it away and off the bill. Still they came over to argue the fact that it wasn't a bug...however it had legs.

They offered a credit in reward play for the steak. We accepted and paid our OVER $500 bill. When we got to the casino floor...no rewards play. After going back to the restaurant they then said oh, that will take 24 hours.

I got a call from someone the next day saying she would really like to talk about my experience. I was at work and asked if I could call back thr following day. That was a week ago. I've called 3x and have gotten no response.

What a disappointment. This place could have been great but there's nothing positive I'd say about it and I I'll definitely not return.

I had high expectation for this steakhouse. The decor is nice but not steakhouse in a casino luxe. The bar area was dim and well stocked. The win options were good. The bar staff was knowledgeable. I was there for a bachelorette dinner so we were given a private room. The room was ok. Our server Jeremiah took great care of us. The food menu seemed limited for a steak house. For expensive (which was no surprise) I just wish there were more options. Literally we had a guest with us that was vegetarian that had to keep sending her food back. Overall I wanted to like this place more and I didn’t.

I just love this restaurant. Every single meal I've ordered has been absolutely delicious with the most attentive and professional service. I always start with the Dream Dance Nectar martini and a seafood tower or oysters rockefeller. Next up are the french onion soup and either the Dream Dance salad or chopped salad. My favorite dishes are the filet mignon or bison with sides of mushrooms and brussel sprouts; very flavorful shrimp scampi linguine; and most recently the hangar steak (which I've never ordered before) and it was so good it deserved my 5-star review. I'll finish with a scrumptious dessert like the millionaire bar and a cup of coffee or espresso martini. Highly recommend from this experienced diner!

First time eating at the steak house. The staff was excellent. We got there about 1 half hour before our reservation and got right in. Our server was great his name was Oliver. We had the sweetheart dinner for two ($75.00). The bread was served first. Sundried tomato bread with a pesto butter (yummy). We had our complimentary bottle of wine (Mascado) sweet and very good. Cesar salad with fresh shaved parmesan (great). Then the main course came out. 38oz bone in ribye, two shrimp (tiny), two asparagus spears (large) and mashed potatoes. Steak was cut for us wonderfully done perfect medium rare. Quite a bit of pepper almost to much. It would have been great just salt and the sear was great. P.S alot of fat alot!!!! Shrimp were over powering what ever it was seasoned with but okay. Asparagus al dente and yummy. Potatoes are potatoes (boxed) ashame. Then we finished with chocolate creme brulee. It was wonderful. Came in a small ramekin. It was not creamy like brulee it was way more like mouse. Can't call it brulee but nice. Seasoning should come down abit. I am sure we are not the only customers to say so. Quite loud at times surprising. Over all okay..One time shot. Great people made our night.

Came in to celebrate a friends birthday, ordered the 2 for $75 deal which comes with 2 Caesar salads (served as small heads of romaine that you chop yourself, quite a few pieces of mine being mushy, brown and wilted; and it was barely dressed/topped) a bone in rib-eye steak that they claimed would be big enough to feed 2 adults (it wasn’t, it was Atleast 30-45% fat and was barely even salted, let alone seasoned or buttered), 2 medium sized DRY overcooked shrimp each and 2 stalks of asparagus each and a lunchroom scoop-full of mashed potatoes per person. A slice of grasshopper pie to share for dessert. I also ordered a slice of chocolate cake for an additional $10 for my friends birthday because he doesn’t like mint & the dessert option wasn’t flexible. No problem. However, the steak felt like it was almost all fat, like THICK white inedible fat. It made the dinner hard to enjoy. That whole top and whole bottom slice were fat. About 2 fully edible slices out of the whole steak to share between two people. The steak was more-so medium rare than medium as I had requested. And the sides were lukewarm upon arrival. The free bread and the butter with black salt was absolutely delicious, our favorite part of the meal actually which is telling in itself. The wine tasted quite good as well, we opted for the sparkling white moscato. But I had to refill our own glasses the entire duration of the meal, even my date asked “isn’t the waitress supposed to do that?” If I’d waited for that to happen we wouldn’t have had but a glass each the entire meal, out of an entire bottle we paid for… um, no. I’ll pour my own drink, not a problem. Safe to say we left hungry,by the end of the meal, the plate next to me that was full of tough fat I’d attempted to cut off of the steak was bigger than the pieces I’d actually been able to consume. I would’ve complained about the steak as soon as it came out but it wasn’t brought out by our server and by the time she’d circled back to us, my friend had eaten a few pieces and I didn’t want to get any push back trying to send it back, because of that. I also had a super tough chewy piece of steak (fat) in my mouth so all I could mutter was “we’re ok,” when she quickly did check on us before rushing back off. She however wasn’t rude, in my opinion, she was actually quite friendly and personable during our brief encounters. So please don’t blame her for my poor review. However it’s safe to say I wasted $100 on dinner & I felt so bad because again, it was to celebrate my friends birthday. Id heard good things about this steakhouse and expected a much more pleasureable upscale dining experience. The atmosphere was decent, the re-decoration is okay, I think the entrance and wine archway is the highlight of the ambience of the space. The random deer taxidermist was off putting for me but that’s simply personal preference. The rest of the blue decor in the space was nice and produced a calming mood, I do wish there was louder music (I could hardly hear what was playing) or some sort of entertainment for the restaurant. I think a live jazz band would benefit the space. That would really take it up a notch. I tried to take a cute picture of the meal, as I like to post food photography but this meal didn’t even look appetizing sadly. If you zoom in on the steak you can see how almost every slice has a thick white piece of fat attached to it. I understand ribeyes are a fatty cut, I eat at steakhouses often… this was just a poor quality steak cut chosen (if I had to guess) solely based on the fact that it’s a special promotional price so they don’t care to impress “these type” of customers. Which is really disappointing. We were hotel guests, we spent lots of money on property throughout the duration of our stay, and simply just because we chose to take advantage of a special (that you promote) doesn’t mean we deserve a low quality meal because the special is considered “low” priced for the establishment. (I still paid $100+) Overall, disappointed.

Atmosphere was nice and clean with modern look. The onion soup was "okay". Would not get again. The steak was seasoned very well BUT was ice cold as if it had been sitting. The lobster was okay (had to ask for butter) and the mashed potatoes were extremely runny and bland. The other guest mashed potatoes were ice cold. The server was informed of cold items. She brought back a warmer order of mashed but didn't address the cold steak. The king crab risotto was not seasoned (would not get again). Overall, the steak was the best but it was just cold. If the steak was warm, it would have been awesome. Maybe it was just one of those days...#Mo's#Five O'clock...If you go to Dream Dance Steakhouse, get the steak just make sure it's warm.

Our waitress was extremely slow, we wouldn't see her for at least 20 minutes, we were a group of 10. The drinks took about 15 minutes to come out. The room we were put in had the atmosphere of an office board room. The food was ok. All in all, not a great experience.

Bone-in NY Strip, taters and asparagus, one drink, plus tip, $120. For the price, just okay. Steak was juicy, bone-on was nice but was overcooked by at least 15 degrees. Ordered medium-rare and received medium-well to well; only pink was in the thicker section. Totally a let down for a $75 cut. Rated at 22oz but doesn't note the bone, just listed as Strip. Would order again and eat here again, just expecting more for the price point and experience. What should one do if this was half the cut for twice the price? Ate the food, didn't insist on a remake and was told other diners shared the same complaint.

First time at Dream Dance. We would call it good, but not great. Especially for the prices. We go to plenty of nice restaurants, so it’s not the cost, it’s the value.Had reservations and got seated right away. Our server was friendly, but not especially personable. The wine and cocktails were good. For food we got the calamari, salad, ribeye and shrimp scampi. The calamari was hot, and crispy. The flavor was okay, but not unique. The ribeye was cooked to a perfect medium rare. The steak itself was good flavor, but not as tender as we would have expected. The shrimp scampi was good, but nothing special. The atmosphere was not especially intimate. We had a table in the center of the room. It was loud, from both the diners and music.I suppose if I was at Potawatomi for a show or gambling, and wanted a nice meal, this might be a good choice. We were there only for dinner and not impressed.
