I usually come to this Dunkin’ around 9 AM every morning, but I’m officially done. They’ve wasted so much of my money. The drinks are never made right, especially by one girl who is extremely rude every time I go. She’s messed up my order multiple times, and even when I order the same drink, it tastes completely different each time she makes it. It’s frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly not worth it anymore. I’m never coming back.

We’ve been here each day this week and they have yet to take an order accurately (iced vs. hot). Today another person popped in the window to say they asked twice if we wanted ice (they never said iced anything) when we said three times hot.
You can’t sit without ordering if you order can’t sit more than 30 minutes. They will kick your ass out if you aren’t taking your ass out after 30 minutes. One of the Worst experience of life.

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ location. I was served a coffee that was clearly not fresh—it tasted stale. When I asked for a replacement, the employee in the green shirt (an Indian guy) rudely refused to change it. Instead of providing good customer service, he dismissed my request like it was my fault for expecting fresh coffee. Very disappointing experience. If you’re looking for quality coffee and decent service, I’d suggest going elsewhere.
