You can’t sit without ordering if you order can’t sit more than 30 minutes. They will kick your ass out if you aren’t taking your ass out after 30 minutes. One of the Worst experience of life.

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ location. I was served a coffee that was clearly not fresh—it tasted stale. When I asked for a replacement, the employee in the green shirt (an Indian guy) rudely refused to change it. Instead of providing good customer service, he dismissed my request like it was my fault for expecting fresh coffee. Very disappointing experience. If you’re looking for quality coffee and decent service, I’d suggest going elsewhere.

I used to love this location, the last 2 or 3 times i’ve been there, they have given me the wrong coffee, burnt food specifically the bagels, and or the wrong food also! I usually go through the drive thru and go before work so I don’t have time to turn back and go tell them! So frustrating!

I'm not one to leave reviews at all , but i'm absolutely disappointed in the younger employees working on JAN 1st , 2025 .
first of all , the young man running the register had earbuds in , and was very obviously not paying attention to when i was telling him my order . secondly , when my order was " done " - my sourdough breakfast sandwich was uncut ( i have 9 teeth missing , i don't ask for it to be cut because i'm arrogant ) and they forgot our donut .
when my partner and i went up to ask politely to remedy the situation , all three individuals - who were all younger - ( two feminine and one masculine ) shot us nasty looks .
when i bit into my sourdough breakfast sandwich , the bread was hard , as if it was stale / soiled .
i have had nothing but positive experiences when i arrive in the morning ( 8 am - 10 am ) , but i have consistently had issues / run - ins with the younger men and women working this dunkin ( 1 pm - 4 pm ) , and that's always mid / later of the day . this location needs to do a better job of teaching these young individuals how to respect customers regardless of circumstance , and how to understand that you may not like working but it's what you're paid to do - so you might as well do it right .
Apparently the GUYS that work here like to RECORD YOU!!! Whether it's when you're eating, drinking or just sitting there. Why!?! So creepy!!! What do they get out of that?! Weird! Creepy! Gross! Unprofessional and sooo not normal behaviour. GROSS!!!! :(((

I really not sure why is that they signature drinks does not always taste the same isn’t that supposed to be like their specialty? How can you mess that up?
