Service is horrible. They forgot to put the flair syrup in my drink, dumped the whole drink back into the blender and proceed to add the correct syrup instead of making a new drink. Also asked to see the date on the milk and it was a few days expired. Make sure to ask the date on the milk to make sure it is fresh and not expired!

I came in today used the restroom came out sat at the table and wanted to finish my phone call so that I can engage with the workers. I’m still on the phone the older lady who was very rude told me If I’m not buying something I have to leave which I just wanted to finish my call and I was going to. So I left a tip and left I didn’t want them to have my business.

This isn’t the first time… asked for a cookie butter latte and taste like a cold brew! Then when I check the sticker labeled a LATTE but then cold brew too??. I asked for a latte NOT a cold brew. I shouldn’t be taste testing and checking on a drink I ordered specifically what I wanted.

Just stopped in for a quick coffee and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. Just a plain coffee with cream and sugar, and the croissant. It was pretty darn good. The croissant was Fluffy and nice and crispy. The sausage, egg, and cheese Blended well together with the croissant. In fact it was so flaky and crispy that I got crumbs all over my car and jacket while eating it in my car! Haha! Still enjoyed it though. The service was friendly and quick.

I stop in here at very strange hours becuase it's only when I am dropping someone off at the airport. So whoever is working the 4am shift has been incredible. They are friendly and always quick. Otherwise, it's a typical Dunkin' experience, and I am good with that!

Honestly terrible, I asked for a Redbull infusion, and she had no idea what I was talking about. I also couldn’t understand anything she was saying, a coworker tried to help her and she just pushed them aside. She continued to say that what I was ordering was not on the menu, also kept blabbering about some other menu item. When we finally reached a compromise, she didn’t even tell me my total cost, or “we’ll be ready at the window” or wtv the line is. When I paid, I didn’t get a “thank you, have a nice day” she just started repeating my order.

Stated what I wanted in my cold brew. Had to repeat myself 4 separate times and they still got it wrong…..wanted unsweetened coconut syrup and 1 sweet and low pack, got none of that. Disappointing to say the least especially when I’m in person 1 foot away from you.
