This used to be my go to spot for my late night work breaks. Unfortunately the man with a ponytail and glasses seemed to be having a horrible day and took his frustration out on me. Look, I understand the restaurant can get busy but there's no need to ever take it out on customers. Especially not with insults. I was nothing but respectful to the guy but because I asked about the time the order would be ready he flipped out. Hope he can be a little more chill towards other customers ??

This location never gives an amount at the drive-thru, they wait to give it at the window, just a heads up some people are in a hurry to get to work so to have the amount before we get to the window iis a huge help.Parking: They now have a drive-thru which is a great thing but nit easy for anyone to pull into spots without possibly getting bumped or hit depending on how people pull into the drive-thru.

You better hope you never need a refund because it is a nightmare!I ordered a dozen donuts and a coffee on the app. I got there to pick up and was told they did not have any of the donuts I ordered. They only had vanilla long johns and vanilla sprinkles. I told them to just give me those then. Then I was told they didn't even have enough donuts to fulfil a dozen. I told them to just give me a refund then. They said they were unable to give me a refund in the store and said I had to call customer service for a refund. So I called customer service when I got home and they were closed. The message said to either call back during business hours or send an email. So I sent an email with the gist of the situation and a photo of my receipt and asked them to process the refund. The auto email I got back said I would receive a reply within 48 business hours. I sent the email Friday evening and didn't hear back until yesterday afternoon. They asked AGAIN for a summary of the experience, the date and amount of the transaction, and any applicable screen shots, all of which were provided in the first email. I have had to do an awful lot of work to get my own money back for something that was completely out of my control. At this point they can just keep the $13.49 because it's not worth my time anymore.Get it together, Dunkin! It's 2024.

Don’t go here, I ordered 6 donuts and didn’t check them before I left, not a single one was what I ordered, there should have been 3 chocolate cake (not chocolate frosted cake) and 3 chocolate frosted (definitely not any filled donuts) I never even spoke the word filled because I absolutely hate filled donuts. If you go here you better go inside to make sure they actually give you what you order.

This Dunkin' is the best! I've been in a bunch of coffee shops, and this one is my favorite. Customer service is great, food is delicious, the establishment is so clean, and they have one of the fastest drive thru I've ever seen. The problems are that they don't give napkins most of the time, and they might give dark roast coffee instead of medium roast coffee that you ordered. They just need to listen to customers carefully sometimes.

Went around 3a in lobby. Got exactly what I wanted and it was a tidy shop. No trouble with lost nightdwellers on the property. Would work on my laptop there/10.

The person service that has a Spanish accent is really rude . And also she was so rude And doesn’t understand and not making sure things are right . Other time one of the girl who can barely speak English is being so rude . Would not recommend this place . Bad customer service .

Remodeled and clean and bright now.Staff is helpful and friendly.But it's still Dunkin, which means some inconsistency with drinks. But I think that's every Dunkin.
