You won't leave hungry! What a wonderful twist on old favorites. Crab rangoons, edamame, brussel sprouts all have a non traditional presentation. Delicious! Any of the Ramon bowls will leave you satisfied!

Took my son's here for ramen. We all at first liked our food, but towards the end of our meal. One of my son's tonkatsu got very fishy and salty compared to my other son's bowl of tonkatsu. We believe it was the nori that was left in the bowl until the end that did that. So not a big deal. So we left and by the time we were driving one of my sons and myself started to feel slightly nauseous. Once we got home my oldest son threw-up his food. So I don't know what it was but I know my son does not normally have a weak stomach. That being said this place was highly recommended by my siblings saying only good things.

Honestly a hidden gem on Brady street. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Superb food. Miso ramen with the pork belly is divine. Spicy miso ramen for the veggie friendly is also superb. Seriously don’t miss out.

The food was good, but the ramen was a bit on the hard side. Additionally, I did not like that they had no sauces or condiments on the table. Other than that, I enjoyed my time here, and the buns were delicious.

Atmosphere is very unique. Staff is friendly and helpful. Visited for dinner. Ordered the coconut shrimp. Was very good with sauce provided. Also ordered the French fries. Loved how they made it with the sauce. Very crispy till the end. Had the Banh Mi. Unfortunately this was where I had to drop a star. Meat and filling was great. However, the bread roll was not baguette style and crispy. Soft and more a hoagie style. Banh Mi bread should be a crispy. So for me, will order other items and not the Banh Mi. Otherwise I look forward to trying the Ramen and other items.
Easy Tyger, a cozy ramen spot on Brady Street, promises a flavorful experience through Japan's iconic dish—quite possibly the best to be found in Milwaukee. The tonkatsu ramen was flavorful with its perfectly textured noodles, soft-boiled egg, and tender pork belly. But a tad more attention to the broth could elevate the experience by adding more robust flavors expected in a classic ramen bowl. Additionally, the abundance of seaweed may overwhelm some palates. Despite this, Easy Tyger's warm atmosphere and authentic flavors make it a destination worth revisiting for a ramen rendezvous in this vibrant and eclectic neighborhood.

If you like bahn mi sandwiches and/or ramen, this is a must stop!I first stopped here on my way home from work because I was craving a bánh mì sandwich. This place eventually became a staple for me. As always, parking on Brady St. is tight during dining hours. If you hit them up for happy hour, you should have an easy finding a spot. I have yet to dine at a table, but there is usually room at their bar. They also have limited outdoor seating in the summer.Their menu is phenomenal and they always have enticing specials. They had a miso coconut ramen on special the first time I went. I paired that with the coconut shrimp for a perfect meal. The next time I went I had their bao bun special. I finally was able to resist the specials and get the bahn mi I’m always craving. This sandwich is top notch! I love their addition of mushroom pate. The only downside is the mayo is not spicy.Service is always quick and friendly. I love that they have Asahi as an option. Additionally they have reds, whites, sake, other beer options, and a full bar.
