This is a great Mexican restaurant. Our server did not speak english, but I have google translate, and my daughter spoke enough that it wasn't a problem. The food was amazing. I'm planning on going back again soon with my son, and sharing this with him as well. It is not in the best area, but i'm going during the day, and I feel fine with that. The food is worth it. We had birria tacos, and Mole enchiladas. Both were just delicious.

Nachos El Tlaxcalteca
This plate consisted of corn tortilla chips, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, onions, jalapeños, cilantro, and choice of meat.
I chose carne asada.
The chips to toppings ratio was balanced.
The portion size was enough for 1 adult.
The pricing was reasonable.
Overall, I did not like this plate. The meat was dry and overcooked, the cheese sauce was bland and tasted burnt.
I would not order these nachos again.

The best of the best

We always get the combo 10 and it always good and quick served :) the waiter is very attentive and quick he is always on it. Best server and best food

We saw this restaurant advertised on TikTok. Is it as good as the hype? IT IS BETTER. The Machete was HUGE and stuffed with meat and cheese-- it was SO good...the Birria broth was ❤️. Very generous proportion and was even good the next day! The guacamole was handmade on the spot and was delicious. The horchata was the biggest we've ever seen and was also very good. The service was attentive and meticulous. The restaurant was populated by locals and obvious regulars, and was very clean and well maintained. Can hardly wait till we can eat there again! 💗

Overpriced is killing them, always empty which is a shame because I love the authentic decor. Food is good, really good but not of the quality for the price. I paid 30$ for 5 carne asada tacos, to go.. insane

The quesabirria tacos, beans, and rice exceeded expectations. I'm going to be dreaming about them now.

If there's one thing that disappoints me, it's spending on food that's not good 🙂‍↕️
The place is clean but the food doesn't have the
correct taste, it is tasteless and has no salt
Literal horchata water is flavorless water
The tortillas for my quesadillas were too hard, the ones for the tacos don't even say they give a quarter of a lemon per order and be careful, I know when something is golden or when something is already old and they serve it to you like new and lastly the prices they have do not do justice to what they sell, too expensive for a food that is not of quality
I'm sorry but I'm disappointed in this place 🥲
