Definitely on our rotation of mexican food in Milwaukee. Los Gallos is on 5 star level and across the board. Some places are great at a couple food items or service but Los Gallos didn't miss on any of the 4 different food items we ordered and service is fantastic. If you've never had tripe or head tacos... try them here. Just outrageously good. When you walk in and there is a spit of pastor you know this is going to be good. I have been searching for al pastor that is freshly sliced off the spigot. Hot, tender, juicy meat that had just all the right spices. I will highly recommend this joint. You guys definitely know how to make this one happy girl with a full belly.
