Second time I've been to this establishment. Last time the fish was not good. This last visit the food was okay but a bit pricey for what we received. But the kicker was I asked for extra dressing for my large salad and was charged extra. Then to find out some of my family members got charged extra also. We eat out often this never happens. Not a good practice. Watch out when asking for anything extra at this restaurant!
From beginning to end we had a delightful dinner. The service was excellent. Our water was filled often. I had the ribs which were done perfectly and meaty!\nThey came with corn bread(I usually don't like but this was delicious and warm.) Cole slaw and Mac and cheese, which were very good also. My husband had the Thursday night pork dinner special. That came with a large side salad, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and wonderful crusty bread. We both enjoyed ourselves very...
I was in town for a concert with friends who are from the area and they suggested lunch at Fork in the Road. The house salad was so good. I could have eaten a mixing bowl of that salad. I’m typically not a salad kind of gal but I’m dreaming of making the 4 1/2 drive back to Wisconsin for another salad.
