Amazing new menu and the drinks we’re fantastic
We had such a disappointing experience today. We had an 11:45 brunch reservation, arrived on time and made clear to both the host and waitress that we had theater tickets for across the street at 1:00 - “no problem”, they said! We were seated in what seemed to be the overflow room, and that should have been a warning. We waited 25 min for our orders to be taken, and then watched as food was delivered to a neighboring table (they had placed order after ours). When I checked with waitress, who we seldom saw, she replied that “all the food is coming out now”?! At 12:40 (30 min after placing order), we put $10 on the table and left. As we left, we spoke with our waitress to explain that we needed to leave. Her response… “I’m not cooking the food!” So disappointing!
What a wonderful way to start the day! I love the Saint Kate for many reasons and always recommend it to anyone who is sightseeing or looking for something fun to do in Milwaukee. Nita is fantastic and my espresso martini was heaven in my mouth! Food was delicious and the latté was the perfect complement, creamy with a perfect touch of vanilla. I’m in love! 🥰🤗
This place is amazing for brunch! They had a live DJ, bottomless mimosas, and the best chicken and waffles in the city! Such a great spot. Wish they stayed open later for brunch (they closed at 1pm I believe).

The shimmer of your drink as it bubbles in its glass. The sound of air escaping from a freshly opened bottle. A celebration of all things sensory. Giggly, located on the corner of Water Street and Kilbourn Avenue in downtown Milwaukee, invites you and your friends to experience the light and bubbly aroma that awaits!!

Great intimate ambiance and excellent service.
Ahhhmazing! Great server. She was super kind & friendly. The DJ was perfect background music. We did have a large group of 12 get seated before us so drink service was S-L-O-W.... but the servers attitude & the food & vibe made up for it. Will def be back!

Went here for a private event at the Giggly bar and dinner in The Dark Room. Highly recommend! The service was absolutely amazing; everyone working there was so kind. Food was 11/10. I have dietary restrictions and they were amazing with their accommodation - even got a special honey sorbet for dessert which was delicious.

So I made reservations for their bubbles and brunch on May 7th for a party of 8 people. I liked the atmosphere and the fact that there’s a DJ playing. Went on the website about a month before May 7th and was only able to chose between the ONLY TIMES available for reservation 10am or 12:45pm. I ended choosing the 12:45pm reservation due to 10am being too early for us. On May 7th I arrived 10mns before 12:45pm and was told our table was not ready so we could not be seated…okay fine, totally understand. So 1pm comes around, by that time our whole party was there at the bar waiting to be seated, and we were told that the kitchen closes at 1 and so does the bar, the DJ stopped playing at 1pm as well. We did not get seated until 1:20, we were rushed to order food. By that time almost everyone at the restaurant was gone. It felt rushed, we did not enjoy it. The whole point was to get there enjoy some mimosas, eat and enjoy the music. All I want to know is why even allow people to book at 12:45 if everything closes at 1pm?? Why give that time, if you are going to rush people to leave.
Terrible service. It took an hour to be served brunch and the restaurant wasn’t full. Had three drinks before eating.

Champagne flight. Try the pineapple mimosa.
Georganna the bartender made excellent cocktails and mocktails. We went on a super busy night and she was kind and welcoming.
We stopped in for a bottle of champagne (which was reasonably priced). My husband is in a wheelchair. It was a little awkward to use the ramp because we had to displace the keyboard player temporarily in order to enter the bar. The musician was set up blocking the end of the ramp. My husband felt badly about that situation. However, we ran into the keyboard player later downstairs We had a nice conversation and he said having to move his equipment happens sometimes and it was not a big deal. It was quite crowded when we arrived, so we had to hang out where ever there was room, but they brought an ice bucket to us to hold our bottle and we could enjoy the view. After the crowd disbursed we could pull his chair up to a table. The hostess, the musician and the bartenders were so nice and accommodating. It was a very comfortable evening.
If you’re going to close giggly for a private event, you need to respond to your reservation system, and post that it’s not available. What a waste of time. Especially on a night with a show at the a Marcus Center.
For 25.00 per person, for our party of 4 and having to make a reservation, I was a bit disappointed that the options on the buffet were not replenished. The atmosphere was beautiful but If they start serving from 9-1 for brunch as well as having a reservation for 1130, not having much to choose from upon arrival is disheartening. It was only upon asking at 12 if the items would be replenished I was told no. I know if I return to order from menu and not waste my money on the buffet.
