It's been a week since I ordered the Southern Picnic dinner and also a week since I got a terrible stomach/gastrointestinal flu. The ribs, chicken and fries were completely DRENCHED with bar b q sauce. I went to bed after eating this mess and woke up at 3 in the morning with everything coming out of both ends. Sorry, but it's true. In the past, it's taken almost 2 hours to receive my delivered meal. And no matter who takes my order on the phone, they sound like I'm bothering them with my order. I won't order from this below average establishment ever again.

The last 3 orders, got someone else's order, when I finally goty order it was cold again, next order took 2 and a half hours to arrive, next order was not what I ordered. Next order was the meal I ordered but the price was some one else's order. ($20.00 above what I ordered) The delivery guy always had an excuse, and looked at me funny because I finally did not give him a tip. Love the chicken, BBQ sauce has changed, not as good. Sad.

Extremely rude! Food is pretty good and the prices are fair . But their staff could use some proper training in customer service. The guy I spoke to was so impatient, very obviously irritated not sure if he can understand that people can hear him huffing and puffing through the phone! I have ordered from here a few times and they are never in a good mood! Another thing that is completely unprofessional is that they are not knowledgeable about their own specials posted on the website and the prices are higher than advertised! No more chances from me. I cancelled my whole order. Hopefully they don’t charge my card. It really sucks that I have to give them even 1 star.

Me and my family ordered from here and it was a last minute thing. We wanted chicken and it was just horrible, nasty, disgusting, disappointing. The chicken was very dry no flavor the mashed potatoes was dry as ever the gravy tasted old the ribs was burnt no meat on them. They told me it will be an hour wait and it took 2 hours for us to get the food. The driver called and yelled on the phone and said im here with your food and I replied with ok I’m coming outside. He handed me the food and I shut the door and he started banging on my door for what I am not sure I did not open my door. My kids was even disappointed about the food. We threw all the food away we didn’t even eat it. We spent $74 on absolutely nothing that was satisfying to us. This is the first and last time I would ever order from Golden Chicken. I do not recommend anyone to order from the place.

I ordered Golden Chicken snack small chicken and chicken leg and small coleslaw with generous serving crinkle cut french fried potatoes. I ordered a Golden double burger with cheese generous serving of crinkle cut french fried potatoes. With delivery fee for under $16.00. The chicken hot and moist absolutely wonderful flavor. The Golden double burger is always a great snack or small lunch for $5.00 the best dollar amount for a beef burger with french fries. The burger was hot cheese melted, bun not soggy. French fried potatoes crisp tender inside hot, salted, perfect. Menu posted on website check a few of the photos when typed in Golden Chicken West Allis, WI. Best bucket of Chicken with french fried potatoes I have eaten their delicious and luscious food before. I am happy I ordered today. Side street parking. Delivery available. Closed at 11:00 p.m. I ordered a Golden Chicken meal photo below excellent meal.

The fried chicken was very good, The sides were nothing to write home about. I would recommend against the mashed potatoes and gravy and go for the french fries. Great prices and the service was pretty fast.

Ordered delivery. An hour and half later I called and was told they're busy and decline if cold. Oh, it was ALL cold and I paid because I felt sorry for driver. AND...they forgot my soda. I have ordered from there plenty of times with no issues, but after today...I won't ever order there again. Just ridiculously bad service.
I placed a delivery. Paid with credit Card, it came to $27. I just got it updated total. They apparently gave themselves a $5 tip. This is after I gave them a cash tip. And it took 3 hours for them to bring me my chicken, because they messed up the first time. Told me that they would fix it right away. It took a total of 3 hours and now they decided to give themselves a $5 tip without permission. And like I said, I gave them a cash. Tip. I don't know who they think they are that they can just give themselves their own tip, especially after taking 3 hours to bring chicken. This is ridiculous. Their service is declining. This is the second time in a row. I've had horrible service.
