Much of the food served especially the large plates seemed like a newer cook throwing every seasoning in their kitchen on a piece of meat and calling it farm to table. I had the leg of lamb $42.00 which was too tough to cut with a steak knife. The seasonings were so overwhelming I couldn’t eat it. The chicken dish was better but the roasted potatoes were raw - too hard to even cut and the vegetables were raw as well. $12.00 for 4 halves of bread pieces.
Very hospitable and friendly staff. the food is full of flavor that progresses with the meal. The food palate is so complete from start to finish, especially when paired with the right wine or cocktail! I will be back! Bonus, the atmosphere is comfortable, time for a meal and conversation. I can’t recommend this enough, especially if you appreciate quality food, locally sourced food that is home made.
Highly overrated! The service was absolutely terrible. Never bothered to check on us, fill water glasses or ask if we wanted additional drinks. Had dirty plates sitting on our table for 20 minutes. The service was so inattentive, we couldn't even order entrees because by the time our server got around to checking on us we would have exceeded the 90 minutes we were allotted for our meal.
