My friend and I ended up here on a Saturday night when the wait was too long at the Mexican joint down the street. I am so glad we did! Very friendly and charming fellow behind the counter. I ordered the mushroom and swiss burger medium rare and it was AMAZING! Great experience, delicious burgers and fun employees. Will definitely go again.
Gordo Burger is by far above and beyond any and all burger places in and around the Bay View area. The service was impeccable, and the burger.... I cannot even find words that would do their food justice.All I can do is suggest that if you like burgers to give them a try you will not be sorry, in fact you will more likely than not to become a regular customer. Don't take my word for it stop in and see for yourself how well the food is made and how fast and friendly the service...
This was quite an experience. The place doesn't look like much from the outside and the interior is small, plain and simple. The menu is limited but the food is the star here. We had the El fuego burger and the beef-lamb kafta burger and a side of waffle fries. Both burgers were cooked perfectly and had great flavor and the fries were some of the best I have ever had.
