The BEST ham and hard rolls for a road trip. The Pink sprinkle doughnuts are a favorite for my granddaughters.
so I use a cane, went in for some donuts. well I can't just buy donuts, so I end up with a bag of crullers, a #of ham, 6 rolls, and a dozen donuts. not thinking about how I was getting this to me car, the young lady behind the counter carried the order out to my car! wonderful to see real customer service still exists.
Tried to order some sandwiches today, I requested double meat because sometimes I get very little meat. I also told them I don’t mind paying extra. This has not been an issue in the past. Well today the employees were complaining about having to cut the meat for the sandwiches. Then asked while standing in front of me if they can refuse to make it the way it was requested. Decided to just leave and told them to have a great day. Service has gone extremely down hill
