Heard the pizza was amazing, ordered the cheesy garlic bread it was good, got a pizza asked for it crispy. The edges were but the bottom of the crust wasn't. Pizza was just ok.

Had a great time tonight. We are from out of town, but visit Milwaukee often. The pizza is absolutely amazing!! Alex was the best bartender! We chatted with locals who made us feel so welcomed! We will definitely make this a stop every time we are in the area!!!

Looks decent upon arrival but the review is pacific to there slot machine. Haunted reels 2 on the far left is so absolutely rigged. 140$ and the most I got back was 10$ 1$ bets to 2$ bets always netted me 0.60$ to 0.80$ cents. Because of that reason I will never be going here again. Can someone get a Wisconsin official to check pay rates? I been to many slots and this by far feels like 20% pay back. Seriously though I been doing slots for years and never have I had one eat my money. I might as well went in and payed them 140$ and walked out.. that’s how bad there machines are.

We have been going to Happy Tap for years. Usually on New years eve we stop in for drinks and something to eat. Today we stopped there, must have missed the sign on the door that the kitchen was closed. Ooops? When my husband asked if we could get a pretzel, the big Burley bartender said didn't you read the sign? Kind of rude, not sure if we'll be back. Too bad, the food is really good there. Things have changed there.

Excellent Pizza for lunch after our Froedtert visit. We walked in and were met with a smile and How are ya? It’s very clean, nice stools, pretty tile floors, nice bathroom. Made new friends and we will be visiting again ! Thank you Happy Tap!
I have been here a few times, usually around 930/10pm. I come for the late night pizza and beer! It’s usually a great time and the pizza is damn good. Other than the sometimes questionable conversations, it’s a fantastic place for late night eats.

Today we went to Happy Tap to have pizza while family was in town. We go to Happy Tap often and have always had good experiences, until today. One of our family members is 15 and has a severe dairy allergy that she needs an EpiPen if she has any exposure. So, like we always do, we picked up food for her to have while we had pizza. We have never had a problem with this before! We asked the bartender to wipe down a table that was covered in Parmesan. The bartender made it seem like a total inconvenience and said it wasn’t that bad and why did we need it wiped. So we explained the situation. He proceeded to get super rude and said bringing food in should never happen and we wouldn’t dare do it anywhere else. We explained yes we do because we don’t want her to get sick. We offered to leave and he said it was fine if we stay.
He then asked if the 15 year old was 21. We said no but it’s dinner time. (It was 4:00pm) and again we bring kids in there all the time around dinner time! Then he proceeds to say it’s his bartending license and the bars liquor license on the line. Mind you… there is a high chair in there!
I said fine we will leave. I closed our table which was $14.49 and left a $.51 tip because… bad service…
The bartender then brought me two quarters and said “I don’t want your money”. I walked out.
Again I have been going there for 20+ years and have never had issues. But this was unacceptable! Happy Tap lost lots of business tonight (we are currently elsewhere with 10 people) and will not be getting our business ever again!
In looking at other reviews from today (not connected to this incident) other people had bad experiences with the bartender. Maybe something should be done so more business is not lost!

First impressions are everything....great food, fair prices, service was okay. The hostess tolerated me until I paid for my carryout food, she hurried to thank me and slammed my change on the counter, didn't bother to stay around to thank me for the tip I'm sure she wasn't expecting. Stayed tuned...I will return because it's the first time in years since returning from a 30 year absence I've found a good pizza place. Staying HAPPY!
