Not sure how it took me years to discover this hidden gem, but I am so glad I did. House-made seitan and vegan cream cheese can be subbed for vegan options. Try the bagel levantine - sub cream cheese for yogurt sauce. You will not be disappointed!

Popped in here on a road trip from Chicago to Door County, WI as we needed a bite to eat. Their breakfast bagel sandwiches are killer! They have a unique variety of bagel options (Rosemary, “everything else”) which were flavorful and deliciously chewy. Would definitely come back to try more from the menu.
